What does Electing Obama Say to Muslims?

The electoral college is castrated. They don't have the fortitude to stand against the electorate and if they did, this would effectively become an ogliarchy. This nation is done. I've read and cross posted an article that demonstrates this by the fact that the electorate do not want liberty so much as they want to be nannied and coddled. In four years the courts will be dominated by socialists. The Congress already is and the presidency will be a driving force for programs aimed at furtherance of socialism. Thomas Friedman said, "In all of history, the vast majority of people have existed under tyranny and with few and mixed exceptions. Even in the 19th and 20th centuries the vast majority are ruled under despots and tyranny. We are the exception, not the rule and ours is not the natural order of civilization. It is remarkable that we have lasted this long under a single document."

We have, perhaps a 10% chance of turning this momentum around from fading into the fabric of normalcy from the exceptionalism we've known all our lives and that chance is dwindling rapidly.
While I have life, Bob, I'll grasp at straws and take what chances I can find to steer this nation away from the slide into Hell.

The Electoral College was intended to prevent a wave of popular passion from propelling a tyrant into power. The present case is exactly what it was created to put the brakes on.

The media manipulation & sly maneuvering to prevent tipping off the voters are intended to distort the electoral process and, in the end, had exactly that effect. There is only one way to reverse this injustice, and we must do whatever we can to reverse it.

It was bad enough that Wright & Farakhan came out sighing & snickering about how they stifled themselves to avoid hurting Obama's chances. The post election revelation by the fat cat really rubs our noses in it. We have one and only one recourse. Lets take it!

Lets start a protest movement and make it into an unstoppable groundswell.
