From Secretary of State Clinton and President Obama to the Pope, it appears that all major actors on the world stage are singing the same siren song of land for peace. They claim that Israel must make painful concessions, giving Jerusalem and the West Bank to her enemy to use as a staging ground for further and more deadly attacks.  What nation has ever gained real, lasting peace by making territorial concessions?  Did ceding the Sudetenland to Hitler prevent the second world war?  Did ceding Gaza to the Falestinians bring peace? Did it reduce the incidence of terrorism' rocket & mortar attacks?  

    The damned fools appear to be convinced that if we just throw Israel to the predators, Iran, Pakistan, etal. will fall into line and peace will prevail in Afghanistan & Iraq.  Terrorism will cease and the world will be at peace.

    How is it possible for anyone to be so deluded; so far displaced from objective factual reality?  Can this phenomenon be explained by anything short of a combination of ignorance, insanity & corruption?

    Observe these quotes from the relevant charters. Follow the links and read them both. How can peace be possible?  The PLO and HAMAS are hellbent on reconquest.  They will not  make peace; they will redouble their attacks, just as they have following earlier concessions, because they will sense weakness and see victory just around the corner.

PLO Charter

Article 10: Commando action constitutes the nucleus of the Palestinian popular liberation war. This requires its escalation, comprehensiveness, and the mobilization of all the Palestinian popular and educational efforts and their organization and involvement in the armed Palestinian revolution. It also requires the achieving of unity for the national (watani) struggle among the different groupings of the Palestinian people, and between the Palestinian people and the Arab masses, so as to secure the continuation of the revolution, its escalation, and victory. [Emphasis added.]

HAMAS Charter

Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it" (The Martyr, Imam Hassan al-Banna, of blessed memory).

Article Eleven:

The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine is an Islamic Waqf consecrated for future Muslim generations until Judgement Day. It, or any part of it, should not be squandered: it, or any part of it, should not be given up. Neither a single Arab country nor all Arab countries, neither any king or president, nor all the kings and presidents, neither any organization nor all of them, be they Palestinian or Arab, possess the right to do that. Palestine is an Islamic Waqf land consecrated for Muslim generations until Judgement Day. This being so, who could claim to have the right to represent Muslim generations till Judgement Day?

This is the law governing the land of Palestine in the Islamic Sharia (law) and the same goes for any land the Muslims have conquered by force, because during the times of (Islamic) conquests, the Muslims consecrated these lands to Muslim generations till the Day of Judgement.

It happened like this: When the leaders of the Islamic armies conquered Syria and Iraq, they sent to the Caliph of the Muslims, Umar bin-el-Khatab, asking for his advice concerning the conquered land - whether they should divide it among the soldiers, or leave it for its owners, or what? After consultations and discussions between the Caliph of the Muslims, Omar bin-el-Khatab and companions of the Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, it was decided that the land should be left with its owners who could benefit by its fruit. As for the real ownership of the land and the land itself, it should be consecrated for Muslim generations till Judgement Day. Those who are on the land, are there only to benefit from its fruit. This Waqf remains as long as earth and heaven remain. Any procedure in contradiction to Islamic Sharia, where Palestine is concerned, is null and void.

"Verily, this is a certain truth. Wherefore praise the name of thy Lord, the great Allah." (The Inevitable - verse 95). [Emphasis added.]

.    Those organizations intend to commit genocide & policide. Nothing less will satisfy them.  Ignorant fools who do not understand the basic tenets of the enemy foolishly assume that the enemy will compromise, be satisfied and make peace. They will not, because they believe that they have a divine mandate to conquer and subjugate the entire world.

    In Islam, salvation: avoiding condemnation to eternal hellfire and obtaining admission to the eternal gardens of Paradise are functions of participation in Jihad. Obtaining possession of one of the best places in Paradise is a function of being killed in battle against Kuffar. Damned fools will doubt and disbelieve these facts; they will not verify the references.

• 9:38. O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd) you cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the Hereafter.
  
  9:39. If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allâh is Able to do all things. 
• 61:10. O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment.
  
  61:11.  That you believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know!
  
  61:12. (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of 'Adn ­ Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great success.
  
  
• Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2497:
  Narrated AbuUmamah:
  
  The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He who does not join the warlike expedition (jihad), or equip, or looks well after a warrior's family when he is away, will be smitten by Allah with a sudden calamity. Yazid ibn Abdu Rabbihi said in his tradition: 'before the Day of Resurrection". 

    Allah commanded Muslims to fight pagans until only Allah is worshiped on a global scale. He commanded Muslims to fight people with scriptural religions until they are subjugated and pay extortion. These are outcome oriented imperatives with no chronological or geographic limits.

• 8:38. Say to those who have disbelieved, if they cease (from disbelief) their past will be forgiven. But if they return (thereto), then the examples of those (punished) before them have already preceded (as a warning).
  
  8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do. 
• 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 

    The words are clear; their meaning is obvious on the face of the text. The obvious meaning is confirmed by Ibn Kathir's Tafsir.

• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas  

Further confirmation is provided by Shari'ah: Umdat as-Salik.

O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

"Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Koran 9.29),[...]

    What does the caliph do and why does he do it? How frequently does he do it?

If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year.

    Jihad against Kuffar must be performed annually. If it is neglected, everyone who was aware of the obligation is a sinner. How can any sentient person, apprised of these fatal facts, assert that peace with Islam is possible?  Anyone claiming that Islam will permit peace is either ignorant, insane or a liar.  While there is Islam, there can be no peace, because Islam is permanent war!

    Not only is peace impossible to obtain without eliminating Islam, but the premises upon which the "peace process" is founded are entirely fraudulent. "Palestine" is a neologism imposed upon Israel by the Romans as an insult. Same place, different name. "Palestinian" means Jew!     Here is a vital excerpt from the second article.

Ladies and gentlemen, look at the Security Council which is the legacy of World War I and II. Based on what logic have they been given the right to veto? With which human and divine value is this logic compatible? Justice, equality in the eye of law and human dignity or discrimination, injustice, violation of human rights and belittling the majority of nations and countries? This Council is the most supreme decision-making centre for maintaining peace and security in the world.

When there is legal discrimination and the law-making centre is a source of bullying and force instead of justice and fairness, how can one expect to achieve justice and peace? Seeking power and selfishness is the source of racism, discrimination, aggression and tyranny. Today many racists condemn racism in their slogans and speeches but when some powerful countries give themselves the right to make decisions for other countries, using their discretion, and based on their own interests, they can easily trample on all rules and human values. As they have already proven.

This paragraph describes Islam, which seeks to dominate the entire world by force. The Iranian theocrats seek to dominate Islam, and with it, the world. President Ahmadinejad seems to assume that we are unaware of or too indolent to read certain Islamic texts.

These topics in Ibn Kathir's Tafsir display prime examples of Islamic supremacism & triumphalism.  Islam will prevail, conquering and dominating the world; that is good news for Islam. In the Orwellian lexicon of Islam, conquest & domination are peace & justice.

Since the prepared speech is ten pages long and presents a target rich environment, I am dividing my analysis of the Iranian President's address to the U.N. Racism Conference into several posts.

Thanks to God, the Lord of the worlds, and peace and praise be upon our master and prophet, Muhammad and his immaculate progeny and true followers. O God, hasten the reappearance of the Hidden Imam and grant him health and victory and make us his true companions and believers and those who testify to His rightfulness.

Praise belongs to the just, merciful, and compassionate God. May God's blessing be upon the prophets, Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and the last prophet His Holiness Muhammad Mustafa, who called for monotheism, fraternity, kindness, human dignity, and justice.

    President Ahmadinejad opened his speech with praise for Allah and a supplication for the Mahdi, that he be granted victory. According to Islamic tradition, the Mahdi is a direct descendant of Moe. He will come shortly before the end of the world and complete Islam's global conquest.

    President Ahmadinejad described Moe as "our master and prophet", as if he were addressing a purely Islamic audience, apparently ignoring the Christians and atheists present at the conference.

    Theocratic praise & supplication seems to be a strange way to keynote a global, secular conference on progress against racism. Allah is described as merciful & compassionate.

• Bukhari  Volume 8, Book 81, Number 791:
  
  Narrated Abu Huraira:
  
  Allah 's Apostle said, "Allah curses the thief who steals an egg (or a helmet) for which his hand is to be cut off, or steals a rope, for which his hand is to be cut off."
  

• 24:2. The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allâh, if you believe in Allâh and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (This punishment is for unmarried persons guilty of the above crime but if married persons commit it, the punishment is to stone them to death, according to Allâh's Law).

    Having sampled Allah's mercy & compassion, lets take a close look at Moe's fraternity, kindness & human dignity.

• Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
  Narrated Anas bin Malik:
  Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

Clearly, Islamic fraternity, kindness & dignity are for Muslims only as the blood and property of Kuffar are not sacred to Muslims.  Let us conclude with a hadith about the Mahdi.

• Abu Dawud Book 36, Number 4273:

  Narrated Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu'minin:

  The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Disagreement will occur at the death of a caliph and a man of the people of Medina will come flying forth to Mecca. Some of the people of Mecca will come to him, bring him out against his will and swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the Maqam. An expeditionary force will then be sent against him from Syria but will be swallowed up in the desert between Mecca and Medina. When the people see that, the eminent saints of Syria and the best people of Iraq will come to him and swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the Maqam.

  Then there will arise a man of Quraysh whose maternal uncles belong to Kalb and send against them an expeditionary force which will be overcome by them, and that is the expedition of Kalb. Disappointed will be the one who does not receive the booty of Kalb. He will divide the property, and will govern the people by the Sunnah of their Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) and establish Islam on Earth. He will remain seven years, then die, and the Muslims will pray over him.

    President Ahmadinejad opened his key note address on progress against racism with a prayer for the Mahdi's immediate appearance and conquest of the world. That seems to be a strange way to commence a conference of an organization whose mission is to establish and preserve peace.

Here we have an excellent example of Non sequitur, a token of combined idiocy & dishonesty.  Christians who blow up abortion clinics or shoot the butchers who staff them are heretics.  Muslims who advocate peace are heretics.

This excerpt is the perfect example of the straw man argument. We do not call for killing. We demand the eradication of Islam. Islam can be eradicated by killing Allah's slaves, but no western government is willing to undertake that mission, which is the less humane alternative. Islam can be eradicated by emancipating those of Allah's slaves who are not perfect zombies, who still retain some vestigial morality combined with killing the recalcitrant remnant of Mujahid zombies.  Unfortunately, no western government has the requisite balls & spine to accept that mission.  We are educating our fellow citizens in the hope that they will recognize the real, proximate & persistent existential threat posed by Islam and join us in demanding effective national defense against it.

    In Ibn Kathir's Tafsir, you can see Allah's damnable commands, together with hadith which confirm them & the Qadi's confirmation of their obvious meaning. Ibn Kathir spent his entire adult life studying and teaching that excrement so we don't need to.  Read them and curse Islam.

    In Umdat as-Salik, you can see the codification of Allah's damnable imperatives in Islamic law O9.1 tells Muslims that offensive Jihad is a communal obligation binding upon them, to be carried out at least once in every year. O9.8 tells Muslims that the Caliph makes war upon Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians and cites the ayeh bearing the curse worthy command upon which it is founded. O9.9 tells Muslims that the Caliph makes war on all other peoples until they become Muslim.  There is a search engine in the upper document frame. Enter the letter & number in the search window and read the applicable law in context, then you will curse Islam if you have a soul.

    If you think those commands are apocryphal, metaphorical, or limited chronologically or geographically, then you are an ignorant damn fool.  The Qur'an is  Allah's perfected, immutable law which never expires. It is timeless, and Jihad continues until Judgment Day!  

    If you think that those commands do not mean exactly what they say, read the books of Jihad & Expedition in the various hadith collections; see what Moe did and said relative to Jihad; then, if you have a soul, you will curse Islam.

Ibn Kathir confirms the obvious. Maududi ignores Jihad, detailing Jizya. Yusuf Ali emulates Maududi, Jalalayn & Ibn Abbas  only translate the verse, offering no exegeses because the meaning is obvious. I do not interpret Islam, I rely on the face of the text, as confirmed by Islam's own experts.

• 23:91. No son (or offspring or children) did Allâh beget, nor is there any ilâh (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allâh above all that they attribute to Him! 

    Is Jesus divine?

• 3:61. Then whoever disputes with you concerning him ['Iesa (Jesus)] after (all this) knowledge that has come to you, [i.e. 'Iesa (Jesus)] being a slave of Allâh, and having no share in Divinity) say: (O Muhammad ) "Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves - then we pray and invoke (sincerely) the Curse of Allâh upon those who lie." 

    Was Jesus crucified, did he die; was he resurrected?

• 4:157. And because of their saying (in boast), "We killed Messiah 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), the Messenger of Allâh," - but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but the resemblance of 'Iesa (Jesus) was put over another man (and they killed that man), and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture. For surely; they killed him not [i.e. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) ]:
  
  4:158. But Allâh raised him ['Iesa (Jesus)] up (with his body and soul) unto Himself (and he is in the heavens). And Allâh is Ever All­Powerful, All­Wise.

  The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: There is no prophet between me and him, that is, Jesus (peace_be_upon_him). He will descent (to the earth). When you see him, recognise him: a man of medium height, reddish fair, wearing two light yellow garments, looking as if drops were falling down from his head though it will not be wet. He will fight the people for the cause of Islam. He will break the cross, kill swine, and abolish jizyah. Allah will perish all religions except Islam. He will destroy the Antichrist and will live on the earth for forty years and then he will die. The Muslims will pray over him.

• In the future, the Jews will support the Dajjal (False Messiah); and the Muslims, along with `Isa, son of Mary, will kill the Jews. This will occur just before the end of this world. Eternal Humiliation placed on the Jews

    Who is superior, with the closest relationship to & influence with God, Jesus or Moe?

• Go to Moses, the slave to whom Allah spoke (directly) and gave him the Torah .' So they will go to him and he will say, 'I am not fit for this undertaking.' and he will mention (his) killing a person who was not a killer, and so he will feel ashamed thereof before his Lord, and he will say, 'Go to Jesus, Allah's Slave, His Apostle and Allah's Word and a Spirit coming from Him. • Your murderous cries to kill people are insane and come from your fear, not faith.

I make no cries to kill, Moe did enough of that. I call for the extinction of Moe's War Cult. Usher the Imams, Mullahs, Sheikhs, Mujahideen and others who will cling blindly to the damnable doctrines of Islam into Hell.  Emancipate those of Allah's slaves who are not complete zombies.

    I make this call because of the fatal fact, which I have proved with ample evidence from Islam's own canon, that Islam is perpetually violent, a real, proximate & persistent threat to life & liberty.

UN Passes Islamic ‘Defamation’ Measure, But Critics Hail ‘Backlash’

In that article, I found a link to a statement by four human rights experts, named in the last page of the document.

International Mechanisms for Promoting Freedom of Expression
JOINT DECLARATION ON DEFAMATION OF RELIGIONS, AND ANTI-TERRORISM AND
ANTI-EXTREMISM LEGISLATION

    Having read that statement, I now endorse it, reserving the exception of the following quoted points, to each of which I dissent. [Emphasis added.]

Recognising the importance to democracy, as well as to holding social institutions accountable, of open debate about all ideas and social phenomena in society and the right of all to be able to manifest their culture, religion and beliefs in practice;

Since Islam sanctifies & mandates genocidal¹ conquest² using terrorism³ as a battle tactic, manifesting its practice is a wrong, not a right.

The definition of terrorism, at least as it applies in the context of restrictions on freedom of
expression, should be restricted to violent crimes that are designed to advance an ideological, religious, political or organised criminal cause and to influence public authorities by inflicting terror on the public.

Advocacy of casting terror, incitement to cast terror and  glorification of the act & those who perform it are essential to the perpetuation of terrorism and must be condemned as part and parcel of it.

The criminalisation of speech relating to terrorism should be restricted to instances of intentional incitement to terrorism, understood as a direct call to engage in terrorism which is directly responsible for increasing the likelihood of a terrorist act occurring, or to actual participation in terrorist acts (for example by directing them). Vague notions such as providing communications support to terrorism or extremism, the ‘glorification’ or ‘promotion’ of terrorism or extremism, and the mere repetition of statements by terrorists, which does not itself constitute incitement, should not be criminalised.

Terrorism is a tactic, not an enemy.  Moral condemnation of  conquest in which men are killed, their widows raped⁴ and orphans sold into slavery⁵ is not consequent upon the terror inflicted, it is consequent upon malum in se; the pure evil of aggression against innocent persons.   Sanctification of conquest, with a divine mandate to perform it until the entire globe is dominated by Islam⁶, would be sufficient cause to outlaw the propagation of Islam, even in the absence of its 1398 year history of rapine.

    Not withstanding those reservations, I endorse the rest of the statement, particularly the following:

The concept of ‘defamation of religions’ does not accord with international standards regarding
defamation, which refer to the protection of reputation of individuals, while religions, like all beliefs,  cannot be said to have a reputation of their own.

Restrictions on freedom of expression should be limited in scope to the protection of overriding individual rights and social interests, and should never be used to protect particular institutions, or abstract notions, concepts or beliefs, including religious ones.

Restrictions on freedom of expression to prevent intolerance should be limited in scope to advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence.

International organisations, including the United Nations General Assembly and Human Rights
Council, should desist from the further adoption of statements supporting the idea of ‘defamation of religions’.

    In my opinion, that last sentence was poorly written, introducing an ambiguity which should not be allowed to persist. The named bodies should rescind their previous resolutions as listed in the statement, and refrain from passing further resolutions condemning or attempting to outlaw criticism of Islam.

2. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah ... among the people of the Scripture ... until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. [9:29]
3. The Good News that Muslims will conquer the Known World, and ultimately the Entire World
3. Terrorism:
1. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve  [3:151]
2. ...I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.  [8:12]
3. Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts  [33:26]
4. Rape:
1.   ...Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those (captives and slaves) whom your right hands possess....  [4:24]
2. ..."We went out with Allah's Apostle for the Ghazwa of Banu Al-Mustaliq and we received captives from among the Arab captives and we desired women and celibacy became hard on us and we loved to do coitus interruptus. ... [Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 459]
5. Slavery: and a group (of them) you made captives.   [33:26]
6. Global domination: 
1. ...) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world ].... [8:39]
2. ...to make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) hate (it). [9:33]
3. The Good News that Muslims will Dominate the People of the Book

I am informed by a press release from UN Watch that the General Assembly adopted the Defamation of Religions Resolution by a vote of  85:50 with 42 abstentions. At the time of this writing, the link to the resolution does not work. The link provided in my previous post on this subject also fails.  

    UN Watch counts as a gain the shift of 23 votes from support to abstention compared to last year's vote. Big deal.  I would consider it a gain if they had voted against the resolution. Abstention displays a lack of conviction and courage, two characteristics vital to the survival of western civilization.  Without courage and conviction, our cause is lost and the lamp of liberty will be extinguished.

    The following statement from the resolution was pointed out in the UN Watch press release:

Also expresses its deep concern that Islam is frequently and wrongly
associated with human rights violations and terrorism;

To which feces I respond:

• Is there any deception more egregious than this? No intelligent & sane person who has read the Qur'an & hadith can be fooled by such lies. Terrorism is sanctified by 3:151, mandated by 8:12 and exemplified by 33:26. Muhammad bragged about being made victorious with terror. 
• How in Hell can anyone read the Qur'an's imperatives to genocidal conquest and claim that Islam is not associated with rights violations?
• How in Hell can anyone read the Qur'an's imperative to cast terror and claim that Islam is not associated with terrorism? 
• How in Hell can anyone read Moe's bragging about being made victorious with terror and claim that Islam is not associated with terrorism?
•  How in Hell can anyone have knowledge of  Reliance of the Traveller Book O, Chapter 11, Paragraph 5 and claim that Islam does not violate human rights? 

    Ignore the flowery rhetoric and examine exactly what Islam seeks to impose upon us through national & international law as revealed by Reliance of the Traveller.

O8.7: Acts that Entail Leaving Islam

(O: Among the things that entail apostasy from Islam (may Allah protect us from them) are:

-1- to prostrate to an idol, whether sarcastically, out of mere contrariness, or in actual conviction, like that of someone who believes the Creator to be something that has originated in time. Like idols in this respect are the sun or moon, and like prostration is bowing to other than Allah, if one intends reverence towards it like the reverence due to Allah;

-2- to intend to commit unbelief, even if in the future. And like this intention is hesitating whether to do so or not: one thereby immediately commits unbelief;

-3- to speak words that imply unbelief such as ``Allah is the third of three,'' or ``I am Allah''-unless one's tongue has run away with one, or one is quoting another, or is one of the friends of Allah Most High (wali, def: w33) in a spiritually intoxicated state of total oblivion (A: friend of Allah or not, someone totally oblivious is as if insane, and is not held legally responsible (dis: k13.1(O:) ) ), for these latter do not entail unbelief;

-4- to revile Allah or His messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace);

-5- to deny the existence of Allah, His beginingless eternality, His endless eternality, or to deny any of His attributes which the consensus of Muslims ascribes to Him (dis: v1);

-6- to be sarcastic about Allah's name, His command, His interdiction, His promise, or His threat;

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;

-8- to mockingly say, ``I don't know what faith is'';

-9- to reply to someone who says, ``There is no power or strength save through Allah''; ``Your saying `There's no power or strength, etc,' won't save you from hunger'';

-10- for a tyrant, after an oppressed person says, ``This is through the decree of Allah,'' to reply, ``I act without the decree of Allah'';

-11- to say that a Muslim is an unbeliever (kafir) (dis: w47) in words that are uninterpretable as merely meaning he is an ingrate towards Allah for divinely given blessings (n: in Arabic, also ``kafir'');

-12- when someone asks to be taught the Testification of Faith (Ar. Shahada, the words, ``La ilaha ill Allahu Muhammadun rasulu Llah'' (There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah) ), and a Muslim refuses to teach him it;

-13- to describe a Muslim or someone who wants to become a Muslim in terms of unbelief (kufr);

-14- to deny the obligatory character of something which by the consensus of Muslims (ijma`, def: B7) is part of Islam, when it is well known as such, like the prayer (salat) or even one rak'a from one of the five obligatory prayers, if there is no excuse (def: u2.4);

-15- to hold that any of Allah's messengers or prophets are liars, or to deny their being sent;

(n: `Ala' al-din' Abidin adds the following:

-16- to revile the religion of Islam;

-17- to believe that things in themselves or by their own nature have any causal influence independent of the will of Allah;

-18- to deny the existence of angels or jinn (def: w22), or the heavens;

-19- to be sarcastic about any ruling of the Sacred Law;

-20- or to deny that Allah intended the Prophet's message (Allah bless him and give him peace) to be the religion followed by the entire world (dis: w4.3-4) (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala'iyya (y4), 423-24). )

There are others, for the subject is nearly limitless. May Allah Most High save us and all Muslims from it.)

Examine the Islamic law as it applies to Dhimmis (that's us after we are conquered by Muslims). Pay close attention to the clauses I have emphasized. 

Chapter O11.0: Non-Muslim Subjects of the Islamic State (Ahl Al-Dhimma)

O11.1

A formal agreement of protection is made with citizens who are:

-1- Jews;

-2- Christians;

-3- Zoroastrians;

-4- Samarians and Sabians, if their religions do not respectively contradict the fundamental bases of Judaism and Christianity;

-5- and those who adhere to the religion of Abraham or one of the other prophets (upon whom be blessings and peace).

O11.2

Such an agreement may not be effected with those who are idol worshippers (dis: o9.9 (n:) ), or those who do not have a Sacred Book or something that could have been a Book.

(A: Something that could have been a Book refers to those like the Zoroastrians, who have remnants resembling an ancient Book. As for the psuedoscriptures of cults that have appeared since Islam (n: such as the Sikhs, Baha' is, Mormons, Qadianis, etc.), they neither are nor could be a Book, since the Koran is the final revelation (dis: w4). )

O11.3

Such an agreement is only valid when the subject peoples:

(a) follow the rules of Islam (A: those mentioned below (o11.5) and those involving public behavior and dress, though in acts of worship and their private lives, the subject communities have their own laws, judges, and courts, enforcing the rules of their own religion among themselves);

(b) and pay the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya).

O11.4: The Non-Muslim Poll Tax

The minimum non-Muslim poll tax is one dinar (n: 4.235 grams of gold) per person (A: per year).  The maximum is whatever both sides agree upon.

It is collected with leniency and politeness, as are all debts, and is not levied on women, children, or the insane.

O11.5

Such non-Muslim subjects are obliged to comply with Islamic rules that pertain to the safety and indemnity of life, reputation, and property. In addition, they:

-1- are penalized for committing adultery or theft, thought not for drunkenness;

-2- are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunnar);

-3- are not greeted with "as-Salamu 'alaykum";

-4- must keep to the side of the street;

-5- may not build higher than or as high as the Muslims' buildings, though if they acquire a tall house, it is not razed;

-6- are forbidden to openly display wine or pork, (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;

-7- and are forbidden to build new churches.

O11.6

They are forbidden to reside in the Hijaz, meaning the area and towns around Mecca, Medina, and Yamama, for more than three days when the caliph allows them to enter there for something they need).

O11.7

A non-Muslim may not enter the Meccan Sacred Precinct (Haram) under any circumstances, or enter any other mosque without permission (A: nor may Muslims enter churches without their permission).

O11.8

It is obligatory for the caliph (def: o25) to protect those of them who are in Muslim lands just as he would Muslims, and to seek the release of those of them who are captured.

O11.9

If non-Muslim subjects of the Islamic state refuse to conform to the rules of Islam, or to pay the non-Muslim poll tax, then their agreement with the state has been violated (dis: o11.11) (A: though if only one of them disobeys, it concerns him alone).

O11.10

The agreement is also violated (A: with respect to the offender alone) if the state has stipulated that any of the following things break it, and one of the subjects does so anyway, though if the state has not stipulated that these break the agreement, then they do not; namely, if one of the subject people:

-1- commits adultery with a Muslim woman or marries her;

-2- conceals spies of hostile forces;

-3- leads a Muslim away from Islam;

-4- kills a Muslim;

-5- or mentions something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or Islam.

Exactly what part of  O11.10.5 do you not comprehend?  Please expose your full ignorance in the comment section; I will try to help you to understand what they are attempting to impose upon us.

     Any negative statement about Allah, his Messenger, his commands or their activities carries the death penalty.  Am I a liar? Am I in error? Read the bold red text in the Shariah quotes again, then read the following quote. 

O8.1

When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.

O8.2

In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representive) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.

    The resolution uses broad, amorphous terms without narrow, predefined common meanings, conflating opposition to Islam with racism. 

Urges States to take action to prohibit the advocacy of national, racial or
religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence;

Emphasizes that everyone has the right to hold opinions without
interference and the right to freedom of expression, and that the exercise of these
rights carries with it special duties and responsibilities and may therefore be subject
to limitations as are provided for by law and are necessary for respect of the rights
or reputations of others, protection of national security or of public order, public
health or morals and respect for religions and beliefs;

Expresses its deep concern about the negative stereotyping of religions
and manifestations of intolerance and discrimination in matters of religion or belief
still in evidence in the world;

    In a previous post: You've Been Mooned! I revealed the real intention behind that ambiguity. The Secretary General made remarks condemning FITNA, a short video created by Geert Wilders. Fitna quotes the Qur'an and displays the relationship between its commands, rabble rousing kutbah and riots & terrorism. It is neither false, distorted nor out of context.  In FITNA:  Supporting Documentation, I listed the ayat cited by Wilders in a speech to the Dutch Parliament, linking each ayat to source and providing tafsir links for many of them. Some but not all of those ayat are cited in the video. 

    Observe now what Ban Ki-moon said about FITNA. 

"There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence," Ban said in a statement. "The right of free expression is not at stake here."

The only hate speech or incitement to violence contained in FITNA is in the Qur'an and kutbah quoted along with it. Wilders neither expresses hate nor incites violence.  The right of free expression is very much at stake:

• Muslim organizations & regimes attempted to suppress the video.
• The Dutch government attempted to suppress the video.
• The Kingdom of Jordan charged Wilders with blasphemy and is demanding his arrest and rendition for trial.

    According to Reuters, Ban described FITNA as "offensively anti-Islamic".   Now we know the true standard: that laid down in Reliance of the Traveller.  Quoting the Qur'an and Jumah Sermons is "offensively anti-Islamic".  The same standard would outlaw my blog posts.

Disguised as religion, Islam has penetrated the democracies with the aim of replacing civility and liberty with the barbarism of theocracy and Sharia. Islam’s multi-prong attack aims to destroy all that liberty offers.

Purveyors of some religions advocate and promote ideas and practices that are harmful to the general well-being of mankind.

A thorny problem is in deciding what constitutes a religion and who is to make that call.
