UN Watch has posted a press release  revealing the details of  the Joint NGO Statement on Danger of U.N. “Defamation of Religions” Campaign and listing its 187 co-endorsers.

    The joint statement urges  nations to reject the "defamation of religions resolution", the proposed protocol to ICERD and  the Durban II conference. The list of signatories includes a few surprises.

• American Islamic Congress

    As a lover of liberty, particularly freedom of expression, I visited http://congress.org/ and used their email form to send my personal endorsement of the joint statement and a link to the UN Watch press release to President Obama and my Senators.

Those of us who oppose the Durban II process for demonizing Israel and censoring critics of Islam must organize and act quickly to have any hope of derailing the juggernaut.  

     Several groups have created on line petitions, most of them have few signatures. It may be possible to popularize them by spreading their urls on blogs and forums. You can also email them to your friends and family, urging them to forward the email to their contacts.  If you use Digg, Redit or similar systems, promote the petitions there, too.

     American citizens can send emails to President Obama, their Representative & Senators through a form at http://www.congress.org. Enter your Zip Code and click the  Federal Officials link.  Europeans should contact their Member of Parliament and MEP.

CBC News claims that Obama Administration officials have declared an intention to Boycott the Durban II Converence unless language deligitimiszing Israel  and criminalizing criticism of Islam is removed.  CBC's sources remain anonymous, not that I'd believe any member of Obama's crew of cronies.  

    This article is distinguished from the mill run by inclusion of a link to the draft document: Draft of UN document. That text is one month old, probably not reflecting recent changes, of which it seems there were few.

    CBC makes reference to an article on Politico, which supposedly expresses tolerance for "shorter, much different text".  Ben Smith's Blog at Politico has this headline:

U.S. pulling out of racism conference

    Here are the weasel words:

They left open the option of re-engaging on a "much shorter, much different text," a source said.

That loop hole is broad enough to sail anything through.  According to Smith, President Obama was expected to issue a statement. A search of Whitehouse.gov proved fruitless.  Why should we be 'engaging' with the representatives of tyrranical regimes which form the majority of the UNHRC? We can not possibly have enough positive effect on the outcome to make it acceptable.

    For the time being, we can only hope that The U.S.A. will not participate in the hate fest.  Here are a few examples of the tripe we should  avoid legitimizing.

 NEW PARA: Also condemns all acts of ethnic, racial or religious profiling and segregation in any society, wherever it may occur, and its concomitant negative impact on the human rights of affected segments of population [and urges States to take resolute action against those responsible both in the public and private sectors]; [proposal to move to section 5].

NEW PARA: Reaffirms that counter-terrorism strategies should not undermine the protection of human rights and the fight against racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

Recognizes with deep concern the global rise in the number of incidents of intolerance and violence against members of religious minorities in various parts of the world [in particular] motivated by [different forms of religious intolerance] [Islamophobia, anti-Arabism, anti-Semitism and Christianophobia];

The Obama Administration has everything it needs to decide the matter. While the Bush administration did not participate directly in Durban II planning, it carefully monitored the dozens of preparatory meetings since they began in August 2007. And now the State Department has added last week's four days of "engagement."

The administration, therefore, knows that Durban II will provide: a global megaphone for anti-semites in the name of combating racism and xenophobia, a forum for religious extremists to play-act as guardians of the freedom of religion, a stage for state sponsors of terrorism to fuel the sentiment that counter-terrorism activities are racist plots - and a vehicle for dictators to champion limitations on free speech in the name of human dignity.

With only a few days of scheduled planning meetings left before the conference, it is decision time for President Obama. Whose side will he be on?

Certainly not on the side of truth, justice & liberty; Barack Hussein Obama is a Chicago politician.  He ran on a platform of appeasing the enemy and that is exactly what he will do if left to his own devices.  

    If our first amendment right of free expression means anything to you, if  our alliance with Israel means anything to you then let President Obama and your Senators know about it! Tell them you object to participation in the Durban II hate fest. Tell them exactly why and tell them you won't vote for them again if they don't pull us out of it.  http://www.congress.org  has a form which lets you send the three emails at once.

Always bear in mind, while reading Durban II & related documents, their manipulation & degradation of our language.
The following quote is from Preliminary document of the African Regional Conference Preparatory to the Durban Review Conference  [Emphasis added.] 4.  Emphasizes the urgent need to address the scourges of anti-Semitism, Christianophobia, and Islamophobia as contemporary forms of racism as well as racial and violent movements based on racism and discriminatory ideas directed at African, Arab, Christian, Jewish, Muslim and other communities; Our language has been molested!!! anti-Semitism, Christianophobia & Islamophobia = racism ! Christianity & Islam are not races, they each include people of varying racial  and geographic backgrounds.  Hating a man on the basis of his skin color is irrational.  Skin color is not a valid predictor of behavior and it is a genetic trait not under the control of the individual. A believing, practicing Christian, who follows the Golden Rule, is a threat to no one; there is no reason to hate him.  A believing, practicing Muslim, is obligated to engage in war against pagans, Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians; our blood and property are not sacred to him, its open season!  Fear of Islam is not irrational, it is intended,[3:151] [59:2]  and is valid, based upon Islam's history of violent expansion.

The authors are obviously striking out at the development of anti-Islamic political parties in Europe along with web sites that publish the fatal facts of Islamic doctrine & practice.

Paragraph 4 is an obvious veiled reference to legislation. That concept is reinforced in paragraph 5.  Note this combination of expressions.

    The authors are bitching bitterly about the protection afforded to me and my fellow bloggers by the first amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which prohibits legislation abridging freedom of political speech. We have an absolute Constitutional right to tell the truth about Islam; its damnable doctrines and practices. We are God blessed well determined to preserve, protect & defend that right, which alone guarantees the continuation of our liberty.  They are demanding legislation which would violate the first amendment by denying our right to accurately describe Islam. Accurate description of the enemy in time of war is an absolute necessity. Disproving denial of the enemy's doctrines and the intentions founded thereon is an unacceptable threat to the war effort, which stands alone between our liberties and Islamic theocratic tyranny.

They arrogate to themselves the 'divine'  'right and duty' to attack & conquer us and simultaneously deny our right to defend against their attacks.

    Snake Feces!!! The assertion is absolutely untrue, false on its face & malicious in its intent. By God, I have proof, derived from Islam's canon of scripture, tradition, exegeses & jurisprudence and I will submit it. I will extract the core expressions and provide links so that the reader can verify them and read the context. Terrorism & genocidal Jihad are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. Annual attacks against Kuffar are a basic requirement of Shari'ah (Islamic law).

• aggressive conquest: [Insets are from Ibn Kathir's Tafsir, underlined phrases are linked.]
• 8:39  fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ].

    Allah's word: "fight them", "fight those who", "we shall cast terror", "I will cast terror",  "he cast terror" and Moe's word:  "made me victorious by awe", "made victorious with terror" clearly prove the assertion of stereotypical association to be malicious malarkey of the worst sort. This proof is confirmed both by exegeses and by Shari'ah.  The Order to fight, command to fight, the Caliph makes war; what could possibly be more clear?  Islam is evil by design, mercenary & martial; terrorist & genocidal; created for Moe's emolument & empowerment.  Muslims and their allies seek to criminalize the revelation of these fatal facts.

    Paragraph 6 is a pretext for a threat of war. That is absolutely unacceptable.

Confirms that [recognition of and full] respect for cultural diversity [and multiculturalism] [is an important tool to combat racial discrimination] [contributes to combating racial discrimination] [Stresses that the respect for cultural diversity is a fundamental principle to combat racial discrimination.] [while bearing in mind the significance of national and regional particularities, as well as social, cultural and religious backgrounds, it is reiterated that they may not be invoked to disregard [internationally accepted] [international human rights law] [human rights and fundamental freedoms] [while reiterating that cultural particularities cannot be invoked to [derogate] [disregard] [from] international human rights law];

[Alarmed at the intellectual and political [resistance] [opposition] to [cultural diversity,] multiculturalism, which is one of the root-causes of the resurgence of racist and xenophobic violence, reiterates that rejection of diversity has led to the negation of the very humanity of the immigrant, foreigner and other racial and religious minorities;]

ALT: Reiterates that the rejection of diversity is one of the root causes of the resurgence of racist and xenophobic violence;

    In paragraphs 7 & 8, we we have a prime example of projection. Islam is supremacist & intolerant.  "then their blood and property will be sacred to us" from Bukhari 1.8.387 (quoted above) shows us who denies the humanity of "religious minorities'.

15. [Deplores the numerous occurrences of [armed] [internal] [and international] conflicts and inter-ethnic and intra-religious or communal violence, including those that appear to be based on tribal lines, which have lead to casualties and killings, torture, massive displacement, rape and destruction of property and infrastructures, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide;]

        Both attacks on the World Trade Center, the attack on the Pentagon, the attack on the Madrid rail system and the London  subway and bus systems were perpetrated by young Muslim males, not elderly nuns. Terrorism is mainly perpetrated by Muslims.  Common sense dictates putting Muslims under close scrutiny.  There is one reasonable solution: sent the Muslims home, where they won't be profiled nor suffer discrimination. And keep them out of our countries so we won't suffer terrorism. Let them walk or swim instead of flying & sailing.  That would reduce the lines at airports considerably and restore security too.

1. That Secretary of State Hillary Clinton publicly reject the Durban II draft document as revised and forswear U.S. participation in the conference. 
2. That the Congress pass and President Obama execute legislation withholding payment of such part of our U.N. assessment as would be used to finance the Durban II conference. 
3. That the Congress pass and President Obama execute articles of withdrawal from the U.N.  and legislation expelling that organization and its appendages from our soil.

Now comes word [a special report] from Eye on the UN that the Durban II Draft has been revised.
Eye on the UN has a special page set aside for Durban II where you can find links to vital documents related to this issue.  The revision is in the form of a 38 page, 192KB pdf document. The release notes follow.

Criteria used for technical review:

•  The structure of the current document follows PC.2/8; 
•  All themes and messages of the compilation have been preserved; 
•  Duplicate provisions were deleted; 
•  Similar paragraphs were merged; 
•  Provisions identical to the DDPA were removed; 
•  Provisions similar to the DDPA and thus weakening it were removed; 
•  Region-specific language was made general or deleted; 
•  Paragraphs from the compilation marked with an * for which no language has been submitted were condensed or deleted; 
•  Paragraphs were located in accordance with the objectives of the respective sections; 
•  The annex to section 4 containing examples of best practices is suggested to be removed; 
•  Grammatical corrections were made as well as soft editing; 
•  Subheadings in italics were temporarily introduced to facilitate future work.

But did they make the draft report acceptable to lovers of truth, justice, life & liberty? Hell no! If you expected substantive improvement, you are severely deluded and probably require institutionalization.

    How are you going to outlaw the Qur'an? It has been published in many languages, copies exist in Mosques, Madrassahs, private homes, libraries and book stores all over the world.     The bottom line: The Durban II Draft  is an intolerable affront to logic, morality, truth, justice and liberty. It must be rejected. The American people must rise up as one disrespectfully demanding abstention from the Durban II meetings and withdrawal from the UN.  We must rise up as one to condemn & curse those who condescendingly  demand that we submit and surrender to Islam.  Their arrogance can not be accepted. We must extend to them the impudent digit and the
thumb of death.

39.  Calls for the elimination of all forms of gender-based violence in the family, within the general community and where perpetrated or condoned by the State, in accordance with the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women;

Where is wife beating endemic? What does Allah's word say about it?

• 4:34. [...]As to those women on whose part you see ill­conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful),[...]

What does Sharia say about it? [Reliance of the Traveller, Book P (Enormities)]

Allah Most High says:

"Men are the guardians of women, since Allah has been more generous to one than the other, and because of what they (men) spend from their wealth. So righteous women will be obedient, and in absence watchful, for Allah is watchful. And if you fear their intractability, warn them, desert them in bed(1), or hit them. But if they obey you, seek no way to blame them" (Koran 4:34).

Muslims must be free to practice their religion, to obey Allah's word, and his word can not be changed.

40.  Expresses concern over the persistence of institutionalised social intolerance and discrimination practised against many in the name of religion or belief;

Could that be a reference to the Dhimmitude of Jews & Christians living in lands conquered by Islam?  Refer to Reliance of the Traveller Book O (Justice): O11.1 to 11.11.

41.  Expresses its concern at the increase in anti-Semitic ideas and violence in many parts of the world and urges States to take appropriate action to end the dissemination of anti-Semitic ideas including through the media, school curricula or by political platforms;

What is the ultimate source of those offensive ideas? Why is there no mention of that source?  Why is there no effort to do anything about it?

• 1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians). 
• 2:83. And (remember) when We took a covenant from the Children of Israel, (saying): Worship none but Allâh (Alone) and be dutiful and good to parents, and to kindred, and to orphans and Al-Masâkîn (the poor), [Tafsir At-Tabarî, Vol. 10, Page 158 (Verse 9:60)] and speak good to people [i.e. enjoin righteousness and forbid evil, and say the truth about Muhammad Peace be upon him ], and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât. Then you slid back, except a few of you, while you are backsliders. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubî, Vol. 2, Page 392). 
• 2:88. And they say, "Our hearts are wrapped (i.e. do not hear or understand Allâh's Word)." Nay, Allâh has cursed them for their disbelief, so little is that which they believe. 
• 2:89. And when there came to them (the Jews), a Book (this Qur'ân) from Allâh confirming what is with them [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], although aforetime they had invoked Allâh (for coming of Muhammad Peace be upon him ) in order to gain victory over those who disbelieved, then when there came to them that which they had recognised, they disbelieved in it. So let the Curse of Allâh be on the disbelievers. 
• 2:96. And verily, you will find them (the Jews) the greediest of mankind for life and (even greedier) than those who - ascribe partners to Allâh (and do not believe in Resurrection - Magians, pagans, and idolaters, etc.). Everyone of them wishes that he could be given a life of a thousand years. But the grant of such life will not save him even a little from (due) punishment. And Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

42.  Recognizes that there have been increasing risks of stereotyping Muslims and other groups and expresses its commitment to combat this phenomenon;

What is the ultimate source of that stereotype?

• 49:15. Only those are the believers who have believed in Allâh and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh. Those! They are the truthful.
  

Participation in Jihad is the test of a believer. That is the source of the stereotype. What do you propose to do about it? Allah's word can not be changed.

43.  Expresses regret that fight against racial and religious hatred is increasingly being used as pretext legitimising impermissible limitations to freedom of expression;

Does anyone believe that line will remain in the final draft? The same forces behind the Durban II draft are behind the recent General Assembly & UNHRC resolutions demanding censorship. It also conflicts with the Durban II draft.

44.  Condemns any advocacy of racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence;

Condemning the Qur'an is a death penalty offense under Sharia. That is the law you are attempting to enforce upon us Kuffar.  You are in conflict with yourself. The Qur'an incites hatred and enjoins warfare. Perhaps you should try reading it; it is easy to find in the Compendium of Islamic Texts at USC-MSA, along with the traditional sayings which confirm, reinforce & exemplify it. 45.  Underlines the challenges and obstacles to changing discriminatory attitudes and gender stereotypes, and stresses that challenges and obstacles remain in the implementation of international standards and norms to address the inequality between men and women;

Allah said that men were made to excel women.  He set men to rule women, and made women chattle property of their husbands.  His messenger, the greatest and best of men; the example for all mankind, declared women to be inferior in intelligence & religion.  How do you propose to overcome those obstacles?

46.  Recognizes that racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance are still among the root causes of armed conflict and very often one of its consequences;

Islamic doctrine is the root cause of most of the present armed conflicts. Jihad is enjoined, ordered, and exhorted by Allah & his messenger.  How will you remove this primary cause of war?

47.  Deplores the numerous occurrences of internal conflicts and inter-ethnic and intra-religious or communal violence, including those that appear to be based on tribal lines which have lead to casualties and killings, torture, massive displacement, rape and destruction of property and infrastructures, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide;

Oh, yes, Darfur; what do you propose to do about it? Deploring it saves how many lives; prevents how many rapes & mutilations??

48.  Deplores also the use of Government aligned or organised irregular militia to oppress, murder and displace ethnic populations;

This must surely be a great comfort to the many women and children being raped, mutilated and enslaved in Darfur.

49.  Emphasizes that among the multiple factors of a situation that might lead to genocide as defined in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, there are the resurgence of systematic discrimination, the prevalence of expressions of hate speech targeting persons belonging to national, ethnic, racial or religious groups, especially if they are uttered in the context of an actual or potential outbreak of violence and serious and systematic violation of human rights;

Would that include the Kutbah exhorting genocide of the Jews & conquest of Israel? Would that include recitation of  Bukhari 4.52.177 at Juma Salat? Would that include the constant stream of incitement in all Falestinian media? Would that include the glorification of Jihad & martyrdom in Islamic school texts?  What are you going to do about those factors?

53.  Emphasize that racist ideologies based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin as well as on culture, religion and language are responsible for fomenting, promoting and spreading racial discrimination, xenophobia and stereotyping;

You have described Islam.

54.  Confirm that lack of respect for cultural diversity in most societies leads to racism and increased discrimination;

We should respect Jihad, genocide, terrorism, rape, plunder, female genital mutilation, wife beating, polygamy, honor killing and extreme corporal punishment. Why, exactly?

55.  Express deep concern at the use of new information technologies, such as the Internet, to propagate racial hatred, xenophobia, racial discrimination and related intolerance and that children and youth have access to this material;

This is a code phrase for criticism of Islam: "racial hatred, xenophobia, racial discrimination and related intolerance" .

Reuters quotes U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon about Fitna:

"There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence," Ban said in a statement. "The right of free expression is not at stake here."

Fitna displays verses from the Qur'an with rabble rousing Imams, Islamic mob scenes and the aftermath of terrorism.  It shows cause & effect. That is neither hate speech nor incitement; it is objective factual reality.

56.  Condemn all political platforms and systems based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and discrimination which are incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance;

Remember that the Durban Conference conflates racism with opposition to Islam. Resistance to Jihad & demographic conquest is not racism, it is rational and warranted by the facts. Exposing Islamic doctrines  & practices is not hate speech; it is warning Islam's intended victims.

57.  Reaffirm that a foreign occupation founded on settlements, its laws based on racial discrimination with the aim of continuing domination of the occupied territory, as well as its practices, which consist of reinforcing a total military blockade, isolating towns, cities and villages under occupation from each other, totally contradict the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and constitute a serious violation of international human rights and humanitarian law, a new kind of apartheid, a crime against humanity, a form of genocide and a serious threat to international peace and security;

The pot is denigrating the kettle. Islam accuses Israel of colonization  while in reality, Caliph Umar's conquest of the Roman province of Syria in 638 killed, forcibly converted, dispossessed & displaced native Jews and Christians. The Ottoman Empire fought on the wrong side in WW I and lost.  Israel's final conqueror was driven off, and Israel restored her sovereignty over a tiny fragment of her ancient patrimony. That is neither conquest nor colonization.  The Muslims immediately attacked. Egypt seized Gaza and Jordan seized the West Bank.  Israel won them back when they set out on the path of genocidal conquest in 1967.  Israel is occupied, not an occupier. Israel is the victim, not the perpetrator of genocide.

    Moe hated the Jews because most of them saw through his plagiarized blend of paganism, Zoroastrianism, Judaism & Christianity. Examine what Moe said.

    Narrated Abu Huraira:

    While we were in the Mosque, the Prophet came out and said, "Let us go to the Jews" We went out till we reached Bait-ul-Midras. He said to them, "If you embrace Islam, you will be safe.You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to expel you from this land. So, if anyone amongst you owns some property, he is permitted to sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle."

Narrated Ibn Hawalah:

    The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: It will turn out that you will be armed troops, one is Syria, one in the Yemen and one in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah said: Choose for me, Apostle of Allah, if I reach that time. He replied: Go to Syria, for it is Allah's chosen land, to which his best servants will be gathered but if you are unwilling, go to your Yemen, and draw water from your tanks, for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people.

The earth belongs to Allah and his Apostle, who takes possession by the sword. Once Muslims conquer any land, it belongs to Allah and can never be alienated. Israel, by recovering a tiny fragment of her patrimony, violated Allah's law and proved him to be an impotent idol. No Muslim can tolerate that fact. Israel will never obtain peace or security while Islam exists on this earth; it is impossible. The first Muslim imperative is to reconquer Israel. They will never cease from attacking her short of that objective.

    Islam, while falsely accusing Israel of genocide, plots a slow genocide against Israel. They are commanded by Allah, in Al-Taubah 29, to [Rodwell's translation.]

Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled.

Islamic law plainly states:

O9.8 The caliph (o-25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians [...]

Moe set genocide as a prerequisite to Judgment day, when believing Muslims receive their reward.

Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177:
    Narrated Abu Huraira:

    Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."

7:167

And (remember) when your Lord declared that He would certainly keep on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. Verily, your Lord is Quick in Retribution (for the disobedient, wicked) and certainly He is Oft­Forgiving, Most Merciful (for the obedient and those who beg Allah's Forgiveness).

Allah will torment the Jews, so?  Until the Day of Resurrection; then what happens? The tafsir has a shocking revelation.

Ibn Kathir's Tafsir:  Eternal Humiliation Placed on the Jews

...Isa, son of Mary, will kill the Jews. This will occur just before the end of this world....

Do you fully comprehend this? Those who describe Jesus Christ as returning to lead them in genocide against the Jews accuse their intended victims of genocide against them.  That is a perfect example of moral inversion;

59.  Note with deep concern the widening use by some groups and organizations of the opportunities provided by print, audio-visual and electronic media as well as scientific and technological progress, such as the Internet, to promote racist and xenophobic propaganda aimed at inciting societies throughout the world to racial hatred and in this connection urge all Governments to take necessary measures against such incitement;

The UN and its masters in the OIC seek to outlaw revelation of the fatal facts of Islam. They intend to make this blog post and similar posts illegal. We point out the damnable doctrines of Islam; we show you what Moe said, speaking in Allah's name according to the codification in the Qur'an. We show you Ibn Kathir's explanation of those texts.  We show you what Moe said and did on & about the battlefield, which confirms the obvious prima facie meaning of the Qur'an. We provide hyperlinks so that you can verify the facts we present.  To Muslims, that is blasphemy, and they aim to outlaw it.

    In pursuit of that tactical objective they play mind/word games and practice al-taqeyya & kitman. In short, they lie.  At Islamophobia: Exposing Malicious Malarkey, I expose the numerous lies contained in statements made by two OIC Ambassadors. Those lies help to shape the content of UN resolutions such as the draft  discussed here.

66.  Urges States to discontinue discriminatory security practices that single out individuals or groups on the basis of their race, religion or belief, names and appearance;

Muslims are commanded to make war on us. 8:39 & 9:39 are clear commands, reflected in Sharia and confirmed by tafsir.     Muslims are promised eternity in the celestial bordello for being killed in the Jihad they are commanded to make. Martyrdom is the highest honor they can aspire to.  WTC1, WTC2, Beslan, London & Madrid were perpetrated by young Muslim males.  What reason is there not to be suspicious of all young Muslim males? What reason is there not to be suspicious of all Muslims?

67.  Acknowledges that all victims should receive the same attention, the same treatment and the same protection and that there should be no hierarchy among potential victims;

The problem is Islam's disguising itself as victim while it is the aggressor.  In their inverted version of morality, those who defend themselves against Jihad are the aggressors.
 

68.  Re-emphasize the necessity for special measures or positive actions for the victims of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in order to promote their full integration into society. Those measures should include measures to achieve appropriate representation in educational institutions, housing, political parties, parliaments and employment, especially in the judiciary, police, army and other civil services, which in some cases might involve electoral reforms, land reforms and campaigns for equal participation;

Here we have a poorly disguised demand for reparations & special preferences. Yeah, right, pack the police, courts & military with Muslims; those sworn to conquer & subjugate us. In your dreams!!!

The following quote is from Preliminary document of the African Regional Conference Preparatory to the Durban Review Conference  [Emphasis added.]

4.  Emphasizes the urgent need to address the scourges of anti-Semitism, Christianophobia, and Islamophobia as contemporary forms of racism as well as racial and violent movements based on racism and discriminatory ideas directed at African, Arab, Christian, Jewish, Muslim and other communities;

Our language has been molested!!! anti-Semitism, Christianophobia & Islamophobia = racism ! Christianity & Islam are not races, they each include people of varying racial  and geographic backgrounds.  Hating a man on the basis of his skin color is irrational.  Skin color is not a valid predictor of behavior and it is a genetic trait not under the control of the individual. A believing, practicing Christian, who follows the Golden Rule, is a threat to no one; there is no reason to hate him.  A believing, practicing Muslim, is obligated to engage in war against pagans, Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians; our blood and property are not sacred to him, its open season!  Fear of Islam is not irrational, it is intended,[3:151] [59:2]  and is valid, based upon Islam's history of violent expansion.

    Whenever 'racism' is mentioned in the draft, you can substitute 'Islamophobia' or criticism of Islam; its doctrines & practices. If you object to Islam's absolutism, triumphalism, supremacism, Jihad, genocide & terrorism then you are a racist and stand condemned by the U.N., whose member states are urged to legislate against expression of your objections.      'Related intolerance' is another frequently used code phrase for objection to Islam.

7. Reaffirms the need to reject and condemn all manifestations of racism, racial intolerance, xenophobia and related intolerance in all parts of the world and to combat those manifestations wherever they occur;

This postulates a need to reject and condemn and combat criticism of Islam.

10. Acknowledges the importance of making progress in eradicating the manifestations of racist and xenophobic behaviour and in respecting human dignity at borders of countries, particularly during the performance of border check;

This is an artfully crafted condemnation careful examination of potential terrorists at border entry points. Since Islam sanctifies casting terror and mandates attacks upon Kuffar, every believing Muslim is a potential terrorist.

15. Recognize that colonialism and slavery have been the prime sources and manifestation of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and the people of Asian decent were victims of colonialism and continue to be victims of its consequences; 

Is it possible that someone colonized India before Great Britain?  How did Hindu Kush get its name? Who enslaved the Hindus they didn't kill? [The Story of Islamic Imperialism in India by Sita Ram Goe, Muslim Slave System in Medieval India by K.S. Lal] 

16.  Reiterates that slavery and the transatlantic slave trade are, and should always have been, a crime against humanity; notes that the transatlantic slave trade has contributed to the modern-day legacy of the alienation, poverty and social exclusion of peoples of African descent, and calls upon States to take urgent action to make available actual and fitting resources, compensation, redress and other measures at the national, regional and international levels for peoples of African descent;

This sets the pretext for extorting reparations from us.  Who enslaved and sold those Africans? Hint: it wasn't the Jews.

    
19.  Draws attention to the impact of counter-terrorism measures on the rise of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, including the practice of racial, ethnic, national and religious profiling;

They are trying to blame the victims of terrorism for racism? Islam is not a race, it is a professional piracy cult The 'related intolerance' code phrase is our clue to their intention. There would be no counter-terrorism measures if Islam was not attacking us with terror tactics. This is an example of political attack against America and Israel because we attempt to defend ourselves instead of supinely submitting to Islam's terror attacks. 

21.  Emphasizes the urgent need to address the scourges of anti-Semitism, Islamophobia and Christianophobia as contemporary forms of racism as well as racial and violent movements based on racism and discriminatory ideas directed at African, Arab, Christian, Jewish, Muslim and other communities;

Where have we seen this code phrase before: 'contemporary forms of racism' ? Islam and Christianity are not races, both have members from diverse racial origins.  It ain't ideas directed at Christians in Africa, Egypt, Iraq, Indonesia & Pakistan; its bullets, bombs, mashetis stones & fire. It ain't ideas directed at Jews in Israel; its rockets with high explosive warheads.  Why is there no urgency to address Islamic aggression, which maims and kills innocent people? Our honest & accurate descriptions of Islamic doctrine & practice harm no one. 

23. Calls upon the Durban Review Conference to demonstrate the political will to confront those phenomena, and acknowledges that a failure of the Durban review process would, above all, pave the way for intensification of worrying racist and xenophobic trends, namely, the upsurge in racist violence and the political use of racism and its intellectual legitimization;

"Political will" is a code phrase for legislation. They want laws passed to prevent us from exposing Islam in the hot light of truth. They want to outlaw anti-Islamic political parties & platforms. 

25.  Acknowledge that intellectual and political resistance to multiculturalism is one of the root causes of the resurgence of racist and xenophobic violence. Rejection of diversity has led to negation of the very humanity of the immigrants, foreigners and minorities. The most serious manifestation of racism is the democratic legitimization of racism and xenophobia in the guise of defending 'national identity or preference'. No country, religion or minority should be discriminated on the grounds of its race, colour and creed.

Translation: "Shame on you for not letting the Muslims invade & conquer you by demographic conquest.". Who the Hell negates the humanity of minorities? Moe said that our blood & property become sacred to Muslims when we become Muslim. Until we submit, we are subject to open season. 

26.  Note that As regards the debate of contemporary forms of racism, some of the most worrying trends since 2001 include racio-religious profiling and discrimination, defamation of Muslims, their faith and beliefs, incitement to religious hatred and its concomitant effects on multiculturalism, national and international peace and stability as well as human rights of the affected communities.

Who bombed the subways? Who hijacked the jets?  British Nuns? Jewish Rabbis? Young Muslim males of African, Arab & Asian origin?  Who defamed Muslims but those Muslims who murdered innocents in Allah's name?  Muslims believe they have a divine mandate to conquer the world, killing or enslaving us in the process. Is there some legitimate reason why that belief, expressed to Thomas Jefferson by Tripoli's Ambassador, should not be infamous? Is there any incitement to hatred & violence more egregious than the Qur'an, hadith & the Sharia derived from them? Islamic law requires a minimum of one military expedition against the Kuffar in every year unless the Muslims are too weak to mount an attack. Crack open Reliance of the Traveller and read Book O9.1 and 9.8 before calling me a liar. 

27.  Agrees with the Special Rapporteur on Racism that defamation of religions cannot be dissociated from a profound reflection on the trends of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance that are developing in the current political and ideological context.

They continue to conflate religion with race. Islam started among Arabs and was transmitted by the sword. With Arabs, Africans & Asians enslaved to Allah, Islam is not a race, it is polyglot.  They bitterly bitch about "defamation of religions", meaning Islam, in total disregard of Moe's condemnation of Judaism & Christianity in the Qur'an. Try reading 9:29-41; if that ain't defamation & incitement, what is?

28.  Shares the Special Rapporteur's assessment that the most serious manifestations of defamation of religions are the increase in Islamophobia and the worsening of the situation of Muslim minorities around the world. He has mentioned three main developments in this context; a) the stereotypical association of Islam (and Muslims) with violence and terrorism; b) the determination to impose restrictions on manifestation of Islam including construction of mosques and its minarets; and c) monitoring and surveillance of places of worship, culture and teaching of Islam.

"Stereotypical Association"?!  Did the Special Rapporteur ever consider reading Islam's canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence?

So the Qur'an neither means what it says nor says what it means? Ibn Kathir, who spent his life studying it and is one of the most respected exegetes, begs to differ.

• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas
• The Command for Jihad against the Disbelievers and the Hypocrites
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers and Hypocrites
• The Command to strike the Enemies' Necks, tighten Their Bonds, and then free Them either by an Act of Grace or for a Ransom

Exactly why shouldn't we prohibit the construction of Mosques, prohibit the practice & propagation of Islam and keep Muslims under close observation? Since when is there a right to propagate & carry out belief in  a divine mandate to genocidal conquest; a license to murder, rape & pillage? In Hell there is!!!

29.  Recognizes with deep concern the overall rise in instances of intolerance and violence directed against members of many religious and other communities including religious minorities in various parts of the world, including cases motivated by Islamophobia, anti-Semitism and Christianophobia;

So where is it happening? Who are the victims? Who is directing violence against Muslims?

30.  Acknowledges that the most disturbing phenomenon is the intellectual and ideological validation of Islamophobia. When it is expressed against migrants it takes the form of religo-ethnic or religo-racial tones, when it is expressed in the form of defamation of religions, it takes cover behind the freedom of expression and when it is expressed in the form of profiling. It hides behind the war against terrorism. Believes that association of terrorism and violence with Islam or any other religion including through publication of offensive caricatures and making of hate documentaries would purposely complicate our common endeavours to address several contemporary issues including fight against terrorism and occupation of foreign territories and peoples.

Islamophobia implies irrational fear & loathing. What is irrational about fear & loathing of a murder cult Hellbent on conquering & subjugating the entire world? What is irrational about loathing a murder cult that has murdered millions of innocent people?

    How is it possible to defame Islam? It is infamous by design. Allah commanded genocidal conquest. Moe dispatched extortion letters and followed up with his army.

    Who but Allah & Moe associated Islam with terrorism & genocidal conquest?

    "Hate documentaries"? Fitna juxtaposes the curse worthy Qur'an with images of rabble raising Imams & terrorism. There is no falsehood in it. Fitna demonstrates cause and effect. What the West Needs to Know about Islam further documents the cause. Obsession documents the effects. We who expose Islam don't give them Hell, we expose the truth and Muslims perceive it as Hell.

    Terrorism is a tactic used in Jihad, not an enemy that can be fought. Jihad & terrorism flow from Allah's unchanging, perfected word. They are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. They can only be ended by eliminating Islam. That's the fatal fact nobody has the courage to state. I ain't nobody and I don't care who's offended.I will not accept the censorship which the OIC and UN seek to impose.

31.  Besides strengthening discrimination against Muslims, this insidious association is preventing Muslim communities from practicing their religion freely or integration in the society, in many countries. Discrimination on multiple grounds of religion, ethnicity or culture further affects enjoyment of their basic human rights including economic, social and cultural rights. Durban Review Conference, therefore, must look into this contemporary manifestation of racism and seek proscription of this practice through legal and administrative measures. As the existing national laws and courts have failed to address the issue, internationally binding normative standards need to be devised that can provide adequate guarantees against defamation of religions and religious intolerance. *

"Practicing their religion freely" means Jihad: genocidal world conquest by terrorism, subterfuge & out breeding us. Muslims do not assimilate & integrate, they build and expand enclaves, gradually taking over. Why should that be tolerated? Why should it be concealed by preventing us from revealing it?

32.  Condemns all forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, including all forms intolerance based on religion or belief;

Then you must condemn Allah and his Qur'an.

• 3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.
• 3:19. Truly, the religion with Allâh is Islâm. Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differ except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them.   Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Do not greet the Jews and the Christians before they greet you and when you meet any one of them on the roads force him to go to the narrowest part of it.
