Omar Sley, of Egypt posted a lengthy comment on the International Qur'an Petition.  I have dissected the comment into its main points for the sake of legibility and to facilitate my responses.

• Islam = Peace and hormony [sic]

The literal meaning of Islam is submission. Submit to Allah and to us or we will attack you. This fact becomes clear when we read the extortion letters which Moe dictated to scribes and dispatched by private courier. Read his letter to the Chiefs of Aqaba, from which the following quote is taken.

I do not intend to wage war against you till you receive my written reason for it. It is better for you, either to accept Islam or agree to pay Jiziya and consent to remain obedient to Allah, His prophet and his messengers..

• ".....if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people"

The quote is from 5:32, which Muslims love to quote. Why don't they continue the context by quoting  5:33, which prescribes hudud for "waging war against Allah" ?

The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. ...

What is the meaning of "wage war against Allah"?  Ibn Kathir's Tafsir answers this question " ...`Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways...".   If you don't believe in Allah, Muslims are free to kill or mutilate you because you are waging war against Allah.   

• Nor can goodness and Evil be equal. Repel (Evil) with what is better: Then will he between whom and thee was hatred become as it were thy friend and intimate! " 

The quote is from 41:34.  Omar wants us to assume that Islam operates by gentle persuasion, like Christianity. Nothing could be further from the truth, as proved by the extortion letter quoted above. 

• Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) said : “Kindness is a mark of faith, and whoever is not kind has no faith.”

This diversion from Islamic violence is likely to succeed because most non-Muslims are unaware of Islamic duality. Islamic mercy, kindness & charity are for Muslims only.

• The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said : "One who kills a non-Muslim person under protection (Arabic: dhimmi) will not even smell the fragrance of Paradise."

Those "under protection" were either conquered  or intimidated by Moe's extortion letters. They lived a sub-human existence of humiliation and extortionate taxation, deprived of  civil rights.  If you are not living under Muslim rule, you are not protected, you are subject to open season.

• " Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just." 60:8  

Keep reading,  five more ayat to the contradiction..

60:13. O you who believe! Take not as friends the people who incurred the Wrath of Allâh (i.e. the Jews). Surely, they have been in despair to receive any good in the Hereafter, just as the disbelievers have been in despair about those (buried) in graves (that they will not be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection).

• Even during war he was teaching us to be civilized and merciful to the innocents : Muhammad, pbuh, has set a very well defined path for warriors to follow. During the sending off the Muslim army to a battle, the prophet issued the following ‘battle field code of conduct’: “You shall not break a promise you make, you shall not mutilate the dead”, and “You shall not kill an elder, a child or a woman”. He gave clear instructions not to kill the injured and unarmed enemy members (equivalent to army civilians, and non-combat support troops in modern times).

The rules of warfare were laid out in Sahih Muslim 19.4294. Omar wants us to assume that the proscription on killing women and children is moral. In fact, the proscription is economic, because the women and children are enslaved, they are property for Muslims; part of the booty.  Ibn Kathir's Tafsir of 33:27 hints at this. "...(a group you killed, and a group you made captives.) Those who were killed were their warriors, and the prisoners were their children and women...."

    Two provisions of Islamic law are crucial to comprehending the deception involved in Omar's cherry picking. These are from Reliance of The Traveller.[Emphasis added.]

O9.12

Whoever enters Islam before being captured may not be killed or his property confiscated, or his young children taken captive.

O9.13

When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman's previous marriage is immediately annulled.

    It was asserted that Moe was civilized and merciful to the innocents. Give a close and careful examination to the following hadith to discover the falsity of that assertion.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 38, Number 4390:
Narrated Atiyyah al-Qurazi:
I was among the captives of Banu Qurayzah. They (the Companions) examined us, and those who had begun to grow hair (pubes) were killed, and those who had not were not killed. I was among those who had not grown hair.

On a recent visit to California, Geert Wilders, Dutch M.P., spoke about freedom of speech and the threat posed to it by Islam & the appeasers. Front Page Magazine published a transcript of the speech: Free Speech vs. Islam in Europe, which I urge you to read. The excerpt below packs a great deal of truth into one paragraph, without furnishing proof. Wilders left it to the audience to read the Koran and verify the truth  for themselves.  

Allow me to give you a brief introduction to Islam, an Islam 101. The first thing everyone needs to know about Islam is the importance of the Koran. As you probably know the Koran calls for submission, hatred, violence, murder, terrorism and war. The Koran calls upon Muslims to kill non-Muslims. The Koran describes Jews as monkeys and pigs. The biggest problem is that the Koran is to be considered as Allah’s personal word, with orders that need to be fulfilled regardless of place or time. That’s the reason why the Koran is not open to discussion or interpretation. It is valid for every Muslim and for all times. Therefore, there is no such thing as moderate Islam. Sure, there are a lot of moderate Muslims, but a moderate Islam does not exist. As the Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan once said: “There is no moderate Islam, Islam is Islam”. For once I have to agree with this islamist Turkish Prime Minister.

    The Koran is available in many translations, languages and formats. I prefer the Hilali & Khan translation for research. Some prefer Shakir, and many prefer Yusuf Ali. The Resources page at Moe's Murder Cult contains links to sites from which you can download a fair variety of Korans and many other books.
    For those who prefer reading on line, the Muslim Student Association at U.S.C. presents three parallel translations of the Koran and four hadith collections. Yet Another Qur'an Browser is a search engine which displays a table of up to ten translations.  Search Truth has a hadith search engine which can search any of the four top hadith collections. Qtafsir has a search engine for Ibn Kathir's Tafsir, which explains that which should be obvious to you.

    Shari'ah is also available on line; someone went to the trouble of scanning more than 1200 pages of  Umdat as-Salik. That large, unformatted text file can be searched with the Windows search function invoked with the Ctrl F key combination. It takes a few minutes to load on dialup. Scribid displays a scanned image of the book. Somehow they arranged a means of searching it, which works much faster than I expected.

    Craig Winn synthesized five major texts to produce The Prophet of Doom, which may be described as polemic. Reading it will require some patience and dedication; it stretches to 1000 pages. You can learn a great deal by browsing the Islamic Quotes section.
  

Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide

Article 1

The Contracting Parties confirm that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law which they undertake to prevent and to punish.

Article 2

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

• (a) Killing members of the group;
• (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
• (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

Article 3

The following acts shall be punishable:

• (a) Genocide;
• (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
• (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
• (d) Attempt to commit genocide;
• (e) Complicity in genocide.

8:37. In order that Allâh may distinguish the wicked (disbelievers, polytheists and doers of evil deeds) from the good (believers of Islâmic Monotheism and doers of righteous deeds), and put the wicked (disbelievers, polytheists and doers of evil deeds) one on another, heap them together and cast them into Hell. Those! it is they who are the losers.

17:16. And when We decide to destroy a town (population), We (first) send a definite order (to obey Allâh and be righteous) to those among them [or We (first) increase in number those of its population] who are given the good things of this life. Then, they transgress therein, and thus the word (of torment) is justified against it (them). Then We destroy it with complete destruction.

17:17. And how many generations have We destroyed after Nûh (Noah)! And Sufficient is your Lord as an All-Knower and All-Beholder of the sins of His slaves.

    Allah  speaks of heaping disbelievers together and casting them into Hell in 8:37.  In 17:16, he brags about making complete destruction. In 17:17 he brags about destroying multiple generations. He is setting a pattern and precedent. Observe how he fleshes it out. 

8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

    In 8:67, Allah sets great slaughter as the prerequisite for releasing captives for ransom, telling Moe that he must put slaughter ahead of profit. That tells us that Allah favors genocide.  This is confirmed in Surah Muhammad.

47:4. So, when you meet (in fight Jihâd in Allâh's Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter (is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free them without ransom), or ransom (according to what benefits Islâm), until the war lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allâh to continue in carrying out Jihâd against the disbelievers till they embrace Islâm (i.e. are saved from the punishment in the Hell-fire) or at least come under your protection], but if it had been Allâh's Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allâh, He will never let their deeds be lost, 

    "Till when you have killed and wounded many of them" confirms Allah's quest for genocide. Moe besieged the Banu Qurayzah until they surrendered. What he did after they surrendered serves to confirm the message of 8:67 & 47:4. 

Sahih Volume 4, Book 52, Number 280:

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri:

When the tribe of Bani Quraiza was ready to accept Sad's judgment, Allah's Apostle sent for Sad who was near to him. Sad came, riding a donkey and when he came near, Allah's Apostle said (to the Ansar), "Stand up for your leader." Then Sad came and sat beside Allah's Apostle who said to him. "These people are ready to accept your judgment." Sad said, "I give the judgment that their warriors should be killed and their children and women should be taken as prisoners." The Prophet then remarked, "O Sad! You have judged amongst them with (or similar to) the judgment of the King Allah."  [For more complete detail, refer to 5.59.448]

    Moe arbitrarily slaughtered  about 700 prisoners of war.  What he did next should make your blood boil with outrage. 

Abu Dawud Book 38, Number 4390:
Narrated Atiyyah al-Qurazi:
I was among the captives of Banu Qurayzah. They (the Companions) examined us, and those who had begun to grow hair (pubes) were killed, and those who had not were not killed. I was among those who had not grown hair.

    First he decapitated the men, and cast them into a trench, then he did the same to their adolescent sons. Allah wants genocide and he gets it. Islam's practice of genocide, mandated by Allah, is obviously not in conformity with the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

     The Banu Qurayzah, Armenian, Assyrian  and Hindu genocides demonstrate a pattern of continuing crime against humanity. Islamic prophecy projects it far into the future:  to the end of the world. The following hadith is one of the clearest among several with similar content.

Abu Dawud Book 37, Number 4310:

Narrated AbuHurayrah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: There is no prophet between me and him, that is, Jesus (peace_be_upon_him). He will descent (to the earth). When you see him, recognise him: a man of medium height, reddish fair, wearing two light yellow garments, looking as if drops were falling down from his head though it will not be wet. He will fight the people for the cause of Islam. He will break the cross, kill swine, and abolish jizyah. Allah will perish all religions except Islam. He will destroy the Antichrist and will live on the earth for forty years and then he will die. The Muslims will pray over him.

    This saying, distilled to its essence, means that Jesus will return to make genocidal war upon the remaining remnant of Jews & Christians, destroying both populations. Besides being blasphemous, it is a token of Islam's genocidal intent.

    Confirmation of Islam's intention is found in Ibn Kathir's Tafsir of  7:167.  

[...]In the future, the Jews will support the Dajjal (False Messiah); and the Muslims, along with `Isa, son of Mary, will kill the Jews. This will occur just before the end of this world.[...] Eternal Humiliation is Placed on the Jews

    The violation of Article 1, 2.1 and 3.1 is obvious. Likewise, violation of  3.3 is easy to demonstrate by quoting one popular hadith.

Sahih Muslim Book 041, Number 6985:
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.

That hadith tells Muslims that they can not obtain admission to Paradise and enjoy their rivers of wine and 72 houris until they exterminate the Jews.

This post continues a critical examination of the assertions expressed in and implied by these statements from the current and proposed resolutions combating defamation of religions.

 Also expresses deep concern at attempts to identify Islam with terrorism, violence and human rights violations and emphasizes that equating any religion with terrorism should be rejected and combated by all at all levels;

Expresses deep concern in this respect that Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism...

    Is Islam wrongly associated with violence? A critical examination of Islam's canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence will provide the answer.  The word associated with this  question is Jihad.  What is the meaning of Jihad and what is its importance?  Turning to 2:216 ,  we find the definition.

     216. Jihâd ^[1] (holy fighting in Allâh’s cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know.

The parenthetical expression is editorial, not Allah's word. We need to discover what differentiates holy fighting from secular fighting and we need to define Allah's cause. Lets follow the footnote.

^[1] (V.2:190) Al-Jihâd (holy fighting) in Allâh’s Cause (with full force of numbers and weaponry) is given the utmost importance in Islâm and is one of its pillar (on which it stands). By Jihâd Islâm is established, Allâh’s Word is made superior, (His Word being Lâ ilaha illallâh which means none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh), and His Religion (Islâm) is propagated. By abandoning Jihâd (may Allâh protect us from that) Islâm is destroyed and the Muslims fall into an inferior position; their honour is lost, their lands are stolen, their rule and authority vanish. Jihâd is an obligatory duty in Islâm on every Muslim, and he who tries to escape from this duty, or does not in his innermost heart wish to fulfil this duty, dies with one of the qualities of a hypocrite.
Narrated ‘Abdullâh bin Mas‘ûd رضي الله عنه: I asked Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم "O Allâh’s Messenger! What is the best deed?" He replied, "To offer the Salât (prayers) at their early fixed stated times." I asked, "What is next in goodness?" He replied, "To be good and dutiful to your parents." I further asked, "What is next in goodness?" He replied, "To participate in Jihâd in Allâh’s Cause." I did not ask Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم anymore and if I had asked him more, he would have told me more. (Sahih Al-Bukhâri, Vol.4, Hadîth No.41).

Contrary to the footnote, Jihad is not generally recognized as one of the pillars or Islam. We learn that it is:

• physical fighting 
• of  utmost importance
• establishing Islam
• making Allah's word superior
• propagating Islam.

We also learn that abandoning Jihad has consequences:

• Islam is destroyed
• inferiority
• dishonor
• loss of
• land
• authority
• rule.

Lets look to Umdat as-Salik for confirmation.

O9.0: Jihad (O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion. And it is the lesser jihad. As for the greater jihad, it is spiritual warfare against the lower self (nafs), which is why the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said as he was returning from jihad.

Islamic law confirms the definition of Jihad as physical warfare to establish Islam.  We still lack  a firm fix on Allah's cause. Perhaps the hadith will provide an answer.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 65:

Narrated Abu Musa:

A man came to the Prophet and asked, "A man fights for war booty; another fights for fame and a third fights for showing off; which of them fights in Allah's Cause?" The Prophet said, "He who fights that Allah's Word (i.e. Islam) should be superior, fights in Allah's Cause."

Now we know that Allah's cause is making Islam superior.  

    The argument over lesser/greater Jihad is a distraction which should be eliminated. How great is the risk of being injured or killed in Jihad an-Nafs?

4:74. ...whoso fights in the Cause of Allâh, and is killed or gets victory, We shall bestow on him a great reward....

    What differentiates holy from secular war? Sahih Muslim 19.4294 includes this clue.

...Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children....

Moe took the top 20% of the spoils, which explains the first element in the list. The pledge of loyalty to Moe involved not fleeing from battle. Mutilating corpses was a social taboo in Arabia and killing children would amount to wasting the spoils because captured children were enslaved.        
    A search (http://www.quranbrowser.com) of the Hilali & Khan translation finds 369 instances of fight and 22 instances of Jihad. Noel Yatom  published a list of 164 violent verses.  The bottom line is this: Allah issued timeless and unlimited enjunctions to make war upon pagans and  Jews & Christians. Moe is quoted confirming those imperatives in Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387.   Riyad us-Salaheen Book 11, Chapter 234 contains many of the hadith which prove the status & significance of Jihad. Sahih Bukhari: Jihad, Khumus & Expedition reveal much of what Muhammad said and did concerning Jihad.

    The following listed titles from Ibn Kathir's Tafsir display the ayat & ahadith which mandate conquest and promise victory.  Each of them is linked to the corresponding page at http://www.tafsir.com. Those tafsir establish, beyond doubt, Islam's intrinsic violence & triumphalism.

• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas
• The Good News that Muslims will conquer the Known World, and ultimately the Entire World
• The Good News that Muslims will Dominate the People of the Book

    Shari'ah, codified in Umdat as-Salik, clearly confirms the Jihad enjunctions and establishes the minimum requirement for their performance. O9.1: The Obligatory Character of Jihad
...If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year....

O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,...

The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim...

O25.9 ...

-8- and if the area has a border adjacent to enemy lands, an eighth duty arises, namely to undertake jihad against enemies, dividing the spoils of battle among combatants, and setting aside fifth (def: o10.3) for deserving recipients.

    Even this brief examination of Islam's canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence proves that the association of Islam & violence is well  founded.

    Is Islam wrongly associated with terrorism? The assertion implies that Islam does not sanction terrorism. An examination of Islam's canon of scripture & tradition discloses the truth.

    Terror is mentioned in the Qur'an, in both eternal and temporal contexts; only the latter are relevant to this discussion. [Emphasis added.]

3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allah, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers).

...Allah next conveys the good news that He will put fear of the Muslims, and feelings of subordination to the Muslims in the hearts of their disbelieving enemies, because of their Kufr and Shirk. ... The Prohibition of Obeying the Disbelievers; the Cause of Defeat at Uhud

7:4.  How many a township have We destroyed! As a raid by night, or while they slept at noon, Our terror came unto them.

(Our torment came upon them by night or while they were taking their midday nap. ) means, Allah's command, torment and vengeance came over them at night or while taking a nap in the middle of the day. Both of these times are periods of rest and leisure or heedlessness and amusement.  Nations that were destroyed

8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, "Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes."

...(I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved.) means, `you -- angels -- support the believers, strengthen their (battle) front against their enemies, thus, implementing My command to you. I will cast fear, disgrace and humiliation over those who defied My command and denied My Messenger,  (so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.) strike them on their foreheads to tear them apart and over the necks to cut them off, and cut off their limbs, hands and feet....Allah commands the Angels to fight and support the Believers

8:60. Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of God and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom God doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of God, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly.

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

(and cast terror into their hearts;) means fear, because they had supported the idolators in their war against the Messenger of Allah and the one who knows is not like the one who does not know. They had terrified the Muslims and intended to kill them so as to gain earthly power, but their plans backfired; the idolators ran away and the believers were victorious while the disbelievers were losers; where they had aimed for glory, they were humiliated. The Campaign against Banu Qurayzah

59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Bani An-Nadir) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But Allah's (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

...Therefore, Allah sent His torment down on them; it can never be averted, and His appointed destiny touched them; it can never be resisted. The Prophet forced them to evacuate and abandon their fortified forts that Muslims did not think they would ever control. ...Then take admonition, O you with eyes.) meaning, "Contemplate the end of those who defied Allah's command, contradicted His Messenger and denied His Book. See how Allah's humiliating torment struck them in this life, as well as, the painful torment that Allah has reserved for them in the Hereafter.''... The End that Bani An-Nadir suffered

59:13. Of a truth ye are stronger (than they) because of the terror in their hearts, (sent) by God. This is because they are men devoid of understanding.

...(Verily, you are more fearful in their breasts than Allah.) meaning, the hypocrites fear you more than they fear Allah, as He says; (Behold! a section of them fear men as they fear Allah or even more.)...  The False Promise of Support the Hypocrites gave to the Jews

    Allah said that he would cast terror. He commanded Muslims to participate in it. He cast terror so that two Jewish tribes were conquered, their defenders killed & survivors enslaved. The second cited instance is established as a warning to future victims.  That concept is reinforced by another ayeh.

8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.

...(then disperse those who are behind them,) by severely punishing ﴿the captured people﴾ according to Ibn `Abbas, Al-Hasan Al-Basri, Ad-Dahhak, As-Suddi, `Ata' Al-Khurasani and Ibn `Uyaynah. This Ayah commands punishing them harshly and inflicting casualties on them. This way, other enemies, Arabs and non-Arabs, will be afraid and take a lesson from their end,... Striking Hard against Those Who disbelieve and break the Covenants

    By reading those ayat, we discover that Allah sanctified & mandated terrifying those Islam sets out to conquer. In addition to the exemplification in 33:26 & 59:2, two ahadith confirm that Moe was a terrorist.

Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
The Prophet said, "I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.
1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey. ...

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
 Narrated Abu Huraira:

    Allah's Apostle said, "I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand." Abu Huraira added: Allah's Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

    Made victorious by awe / with terror; what could make it more clear? It becomes obvious to all but  bigots that the association of Islam with terrorism is well warranted by the evidence.

    Are Muslims superior? Where do they obtain that conceit? Examine this hadith from Abu Dawud's collection.

Abu Dawud Book 2, Number 0421:

    Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal:

    We waited for the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) to offer the night prayer. He delayed until people thought that he would not come out and some of us said that he had offered the prayer. At the moment when we were in this condition the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) came out. People said to him as they were already saying. He said: Observe this prayer when it is dark, for by it you have been made superior to all the peoples, no people having observed it before you.

Muslims are superior because of the night prayer. They are better than we are.

    This ayeh tells us that no religion can be better than Islam. It does not tell us whether any can be equal to it.

2:138. [Our Sibghah (religion) is] the Sibghah (Religion) of Allah (Islam) and which Sibghah (religion) can be better than Allah's? And we are His worshippers. [Tafsir Ibn Kathir.]

    This ayeh tells us that believers are better than disbelievers. It is better to marry off your daughter to a believing slave than to a free Mushrikat.

2:221. And do not marry Al-Mushrikat (idolatresses, etc.) till they believe (worship Allah Alone). And indeed a slave woman who believes is better than a (free) Mushrikah (idolatress, etc.), even though she pleases you. And give not (your daughters) in marriage to Al-Mushrikun till they believe (in Allah Alone) and verily, a believing slave is better than a (free) Mushrik (idolater, etc.), even though he pleases you. Those (Al-Mushrikun) invite you to the Fire, but Allah invites (you) to Paradise and Forgiveness by His Leave, and makes His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to mankind that they may remember.

    In this quote from Ibn Kathir's Tafsir, we find Moe directing believers to pray that Allah will grant him superiority and send him to be best place in Paradise.

(Whoever, after hearing to the Adhan says, "O Allah! Lord of this perfect call and of the regular prayer which is going to be established! Grant Muhammad the Wasilah and superiority and send him ﴿on the Day of Judgment﴾ to the praiseworthy station which You have promised him," then intercession from me will be permitted for him on the Day of Resurrection.) Muslim recorded that `Abdullah bin `Amr bin Al-`As said that he heard the Prophet saying,  (When you hear the Mu'adhdhin, repeat what he says, and then ask for Salah (blessing, mercy from Allah) for me. Verily, whoever asks for Salah for me, then Allah will grant ten Salah to him. Then, ask for the Wasilah for me, for it is a grade in Paradise that only one servant of Allah deserves, and I hope that I am that servant. Verily, whoever asks (Allah) for Wasilah for me, he will earn the right of my intercession.) Allah said, Commanding Taqwa, Wasilah, and Jihad

    In this tafsir, discussing 3:152, Allah is described as granting superiority over Kuffar. It is clear, in context, that it means military victory. Muslims are superior; they are going to win. This is a token of triumphalism as well as supremacism.

(And Allah did indeed fulfill His promise to you when you were killing them (your enemy) with His permission) meaning, by His command, decree, will and because He granted you superiority over them. Allah's statement,  (If they (hypocrites), when they had been unjust to themselves,) directs the sinners and evildoers, when they commit errors and mistakes, to come to the Messenger , so that they ask Allah for forgiveness in his presence and ask him to supplicate to Allah to forgive them. If they do this, Allah will forgive them and award them His mercy and pardon. This is why Allah said, (they would have found Allah All-Forgiving (One Who forgives and accepts repentance), Most Merciful). The Necessity of Obeying the Messenger

    In this tafsir, discussing 47:35,  he tells the Muslims not to sue for peace while they are winning.

(So do not lose heart) meaning, do not be weak concerning the enemies. (and beg for peace) meaning, compromise, peace, and ending the fighting between you and the disbelievers while you are in a position of power, both in great numbers and preparations. Thus, Allah says, (So do not lose heart and beg for peace while you are superior.) meaning, in the condition of your superiority over your enemy. If, on the other hand, the disbelievers are considered more powerful and numerous than the Muslims, then the Imam (general commander) may decide to hold a treaty if he judges that it entails a benefit for the Muslims. This is like what Allah's Messenger did when the disbelievers obstructed him from entering Makkah and offered him treaty in which all fighting would stop between them for ten years. Nullifying the Disbelievers' Deeds and the Command to chase Them

    In his exegeses of 9:33, Ibn Kathir lets it all hang out.

(to make it (Islam) superior over all religions) It is recorded in the Sahih that the Messenger of Allah said, This matter (Islam) will keep spreading as far as the night and day reach, until Allah will not leave a house made of mud or hair, but will make this religion enter it, while bringing might to a mighty person (a Muslim) and humiliation to a disgraced person (who rejects Islam). Might with which Allah elevates Islam (and its people) and disgrace with which Allah humiliates disbelief (and its people).) Tamim Ad-Dari ﴿who was a Christian before Islam﴾ used to say, "I have come to know the meaning of this Hadith in my own people. Those who became Muslims among them acquired goodness, honor and might. Disgrace, humiliation and Jizyah befell those who remained disbelievers.'' Islam is the Religion That will dominate over all Other Religions  

• Islam will be made superior.
• Islam will expand to dominate the entire world.
• Islam makes Muslims powerful.
• Islam humiliates & disgraces disbelievers.
• Muslims got spoils, honor and power.
• Kufar suffered disgrace, humiliation & extortion.

    How many synagogues are there in Saudi Arabia; how many churches?  Why?  Is it legal to build churches in Egypt? What legal restrictions are imposed upon conquered Jews & Christians by Sharia? Do you know? Do you give a damn?
Reliance of the Traveller , Book O, Chapter 11.1-11.11 will make it clear to anyone who doubts. Their rank hypocrisy shines & stinks like a dead carp on the river bank. Who can see or smell it?  

    Do you comprehend the fact that observing, practising & manifesting Islam involves genocidal aggression, casting terror, killing men, raping their widows and selling their orphans into slavery?  Do you give a damn?  Why the Hell not?     What do these words mean?  What texts did Ibn Kathir use to source them? What do those texts say? Ibn Kathir quotes them. Do you have the courage to read them and learn or are you a soulless zombie?

• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers and Hypocrites
• The Good News that Muslims will conquer the Known World, and ultimately the Entire World
• The Good News that Muslims will Dominate the People of the Book

Who gave those orders? Who proclaimed that 'good news'?

Stressing that defamation of religions is a serious affront to human dignity
leading to the illicit restriction of the freedom of religion of their adherents and
incitement to religious hatred and violence,

What does Allah say about Jews & Christians in his book? Who are the sons of 'apes and swine'; 'worst of living creatures'?  Who did Allah curse? Upon whom will he send tormentors to humiliate them until Resurrection Day? Is that defamation? Relegating Jesus to the role of Allah's slave; is that defamation?  Assigning Jesus the role of genocidal warmonger; is that defamation?  Declaring war upon us until we are subjugated and pay extortion;  barring public processions & prayers, ringing bells & displaying crosses; is that illicit restriction? Declaring that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims; is that a trifling affront to human dignity?   But the UN does not give a damn about them; their only concern is that we might expose these facts about Islam; that we might demand effective protection from Islamic aggression.

That  paragraph relates to association of Islam with Jihad & terrorism, which is well founded in Islamic scripture, tradition & history.

Who the Hell made any such association? Could it be Allah? Could it be Moe?  The lips through which those words passed first osculated Satan's anus.

He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have." 
• 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, "Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes."

Fitna merely quotes the Qur'an & hadith and shows Imams preaching that crap, followed by the inevitable results. The Secretary General labels that 'hate speech'.

everyone has the right to hold opinions without interference, and has the right to
freedom of expression, the exercise of which carries with it special duties and
responsibilities and may therefore be subject to limitations as are provided for by
law and are necessary for respect of the rights or reputations of others, protection of

Was there a duty, in 1938, to keep silent about the mission & doctrines of the German National Socialist Party? Should anyone attempting to expose Hitler's agenda of conquest  & slaughter have been imprisoned for his efforts?  Is there any good reason, when enemy agents have murdered our fellow citizens and threaten to repeat the act on a greater scale, for us to keep silent about the identity and character of the enemy which slaughtered thousands?

    President Bush describes Islam as a great religion of peace hijacked by a tiny minority of extremists. Allah said "fight them". Allah established making a great slaughter as a prerequisite for admission to Paradise. Allah purchased the lives & property of Muslims so that they fight in his cause, kill and are killed for which they receive admission to Paradise. religious hatred and intolerance;

How could anyone with a scintilla of residual morality promote tolerance of and respect for Moe's Murder Cult; the ultimate proponent of intolerance?  How the Hell can we promote understanding of Islam's value systems without reading and discussing its canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence?

    Islam is a war machine wearing the uniform of religion as a camouflage. If we are to be prosecuted & persecuted for revealing that fact, then we will be led, dumb like sheep, to the slaughter.

Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allah and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's absence what Allah orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband's property, etc.). As to those women on whose part you see illconduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allah is Ever Most High, Most Great.

• Allah commands that both males and females take a share in the inheritance, although the portion of the males is twice as much as that of the females. There is a distinction because men need money to spend on their dependants, commercial transactions, work and fulfillling their obligations.     I used used quotations from Islam's canon of scripture to prove the fact that Islam considers women to be chattle property, tilth for men to plow.  It allocates to them half the inheritance a male receives and their testimony is weighted as half that of a male.

    The authors of the resolutions assert that Islam is wrongly associated/equated with terrorism, implying that Islam is innocent of it.  

    I have displayed to you ayat which show beyond doubt that Allah sanctified and Moe engaged in terrorizing his intended victims.  One of them, 59:2, ends with a warning to future victims.  Another ayeh has a similar theme.

8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.

It is clear, on the face of Islam's canon of scripture that terrorism is an intrinsic sacramental tactic of Islam.  I have also displayed quotes from two hadith in which Moe braggs about being made victorious by terror.  That is the clincher.  

    Beat them to death so that others will see and be scared defenceless.  I have been made victorious by terror.  But, no, Islam has no association with terrorism.  Let the authors of the resolutions come forth and offer relevant, verifiable evidence to substantiate their assertion.  If they shall quote the Qur'an, let them make first ascertain that their ayat have not been abrogated by latter recitations.

    What is the big deal; the cause of deep concern ? Why shouldn't  Islam be associated with or equated with terrorism?

    If Muslims have a right to practice Islam then we have no rights. This is because:

1. Allah commands Muslims to fight pagans & atheists until only Allah is worshiped in the entire world. This commandment is contained in 8:38-39. This commandment is confirmed by Ibn Kathir in the following tafsir; its title is dispositive. The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
2. Allah commands Muslims to fight 'people of the book' until we are subjugated and pay extortion. This commandment is contained in 9:29. 3. In confirming those two commands, Moe declared that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims by submitting to Allah.  "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah."[Bukhari 1.8.387]
4. The relationship between Allah and the Ummah al Islamiyaa is that of master:slave. This fact is made clear in 9:111. Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allh's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurt (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'n. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .
5. The compact with Satan is confirmed in Surah As-Saff. 61:10-13  tell Muslims of a commerce that will save them from Hellfire and assurre their admission to Paradise. That commerce is Jihad: holy fighting in Allah's cause. 
6. Only Allah has the right to be worshipped. 3:2. Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa  (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. 
7. Jihad, genocide and terrorism are intrinsic Islamic sacraments; part of the regular practice of Islam. Jihad is defined in Shariah and prescribed as an annual practice.

Oh boy! They're serious about all attacks... but only if they violate international law.  Did the destruction at Bamiyan violate international law?

This is probably a reference to current practice in Egypt, which discriminates against Copts.

How do they hope to enhance that which never existed and never will? Islam holds monologues, not dialogues: "Embrace Islam and you will be safe."  Their "common word" is submit: we must submit to them.

Yeah, like that is going to happen in the real world.

Is this a hint of  revulsion at wife beating, which Allah permits?

Translation: substitute iindoctrination for education.

How does prohibiting Jews & Christians from building churches, ringing bells, displaying crosses, holding processions and public ceremonies protect the public safety, order, health or morals?  How does it protect the rights of others?  How can it be done without discrimination?  Is there some reason why limitations should not be directly related & proportionate to the specific purpose?

Qur'ans are printed, ain't they?  I have seen one at Borders. The Qur'an, in the electronic form I refer to, sanctifies and mandates discrimination, hostility & violence.  It declares perpetual war against pagans, Jews and Christians which, according to hadith, is to continue until Judgment Day.  What do you propose to do about it?  

    It is obvious on the face of the resolution, that #10 is aimed at those of us who criticize Islam, not at Islam's canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence, where the fault resides and from which the violence emanates.  Doubters are referred to Surah Al-Anfal, Surah Al-Taubah & Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9.

All rights depend on the right to life, without which we have no rights at all.  Islam denies us that right, declaring that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we join them and declaring perpetual war upon us until only Allah is worshiped in the entire world and Jews & Christians are subjugated & extorted.  To protect our right to life, we must be free to name and accurately describe the entitity which seeks to conquer and enslave us.  That entity is Islam.  These resolutions seek to criminalize the very expressions requisite to discussing effective defense of western civilization.   Implementing this provision would require outlawing the propagation & practice of Islam.  Besides propagating perpetual genocidal & terroristic war, Islam denies the rights and dignity of minorities and relegates women to the status of chattel who must be subordinate and may be beaten.   Promoting tolerance & respect for Islam is entirely counter productive to any effort to maximize peace, security and religious liberty.  Islam gives no respect and is worthy of none. Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:  Narrated Abu Huraira:     Allah's Apostle said, "I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand." Abu Huraira added: Allah's Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

    Islam is rightly associated with terrorism because:

1. Allah sanctified it.
2. Moe practiced it.
3. Moe bragged about its good effect. 

Islamic Jihad, genocide & terrorism are not extremism, they are the standard; set by Allah & exemplified by Moe. Islamic Jihad, genocide & terrorism are not misuse of religion; they are Islam's mission. Had you read the Qur'an & hadith, you would know that Islam is mercenary & martial, by design.   That report, like this and related resolutions, demands censorship of Islam's critics; they would criminalize this blog post.. Background: precedents

Recalling the relevant international instruments on the elimination of discrimination, in particular the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination,[1] the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights,[2] the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief,[3] the Declaration on the Human Rights of Individuals Who are not Nationals of the Country in which They Live[4] and the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities,[5]

Perhaps they should recall the fact that Islam does not recognize the UDHR because it includes minority rights and the right to change religious affiliation. While so doing, they should also recall the imposition of dhimmitude through the Pact of Umar, which is reflected in Shariah [Reliance of the Traveller Book O11] . The UN, at 60, is showing signs of senile dementia.

Reaffirming that all human rights are universal, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated,

• Unstated postulate: 'Muslims have a right to be shielded from offense'.
• Unstated corolary: 'Kuffar have an obligation to avoid offending Muslims'.

They are setting up a false premise: 'truths which Muslims find offensive must be suppressed because expression leads to violence'.

The Qur'an & hadith are the ultimate platforms of ideological supremacism. Allah's word must be made superior. He who fights to make Allah's word superior fights in Allah's cause. Muslims are the best of peoples, as they bring us with chains on our necks until we embrace Islam. The idea that we have God given rights upon which Islam tramples is not racism!

Deeply alarmed at the rising trends towards discrimination based on religion or belief, including in some national policies, laws and administrative measures that stigmatize groups of people belonging to certain religions and beliefs under a variety of pretexts relating to security and illegal immigration, thereby legitimizing discrimination against them, and consequently impairing their enjoyment of the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, and impeding their ability to observe, practice and manifest their religion freely and without fear of coercion, violence or reprisal,

Those are code words expressing contempt for our efforts to suppress acts of terrorism. They perform what they bitterly bitch about. Jews are not allowed to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Christians are not allowed to practice Christianity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia nor are they allowed to enter with scriptures or symbols of Christianity. Christians in Egypt are not allowed to build or maintain churches. Who will read Chapter 11 of Book O of Reliance of the Traveller, referenced above? Who will relate it to the present case?

Totally ignoring the fact that the violence coincides with and issues from Kutbah delivered at Juma Salat. Muslims leave the Mosque Friday afternoon to riot and murder, incited by their Imams & Mullahs who exhort them to obey Allah and his Messenger. The Danish Cartoons did not cause violence, Islamic doctrines preached in the Mosques incited violence.

There is no extremism, only zealotry. Believers are only those who fight in Allah's cause, the rest are hypocrites. The need is imaginary. There is no need to combat defamation of religions. The intent is to shield Islam from truthful criticism; to allow it to make war against us without resistance and to infiltrate & subvert us demographically so that we may be led, dumb like sheep, to the slaughter. For this purpose they seek to strip us of our right of free expression.

Reaffirming that discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief constitutes a violation of human rights and a disavowal of the principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

Arrogant assertion of a divine mandate to conquer & subjugate the entire world, resulting in a 1400 year long campaign of genocidal conquest is not grounds for discrimination? The UN is master of moral inversion.

Noting with concern that defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, could lead to social disharmony and violations of human rights, and alarmed at the inaction of some States to combat this burgeoning trend and the resulting discriminatory practices against adherents of certain religions,

Are they concerned about the untimely & unnecessary deaths of 90,000,000 Hindus? Are they concerned about the untimely & unnecessary deaths of 1,500,000 Armenians? No, they don't give a damn about violation of the right to life, only violation of the sacred right to conquer the entire world.

Taking note of the reports of the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance submitted to the Human Rights Council at its fourth and sixth sessions,[8] which draw attention to the serious nature of the defamation of all religions, and reiterating the call of the Special Rapporteur to all States to wage a systematic campaign against incitement to racial and religious hatred by maintaining a careful balance between the defence of secularism and respect for freedom of religion and by acknowledging and respecting the complementarity of all the freedoms embodied in internationally agreed human rights instruments, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights,²

Recalling the proclamation of the Global Agenda for Dialogue among Civilizations,[9] and inviting States, the organizations and bodies of the United Nations system, within existing resources, other international and regional organizations and civil society to contribute to the implementation of the Programme of Action contained in the Global Agenda,

There is no dialogue; only a monologue: "Embrace Islam and you will be safe."

Welcoming the efforts of the Alliance of Civilizations initiative in promoting mutual respect and understanding among different cultures and societies, as well as the forthcoming second forum of the Alliance, to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, on 2 and 3 April 2009,

Islam demands respect and grants none. Understanding requires knowledge; we need to be free to communicate information concerning the damnable doctrines & practices of Islam, which communication this resolution seeks to outlaw. Convinced that respect for cultural, ethnic, religious and linguistic diversity, as well as dialogue among and within civilizations, is essential for peace, understanding and friendship among individuals and people of the different cultures and nations of the world, while manifestations of cultural prejudice, intolerance and xenophobia towards people belonging to different cultures, religions and beliefs generate hatred and violence among peoples and nations throughout the world,

Recognizing the valuable contributions of all religions and beliefs to modern civilization and the contribution that dialogue among civilizations can make to an improved awareness and understanding of common values,

Islam contributes nothing except that which Pope Benedict XVI revealed at Regensburg. Allah commands Muslims to conquer and subjugate the entire world. Islam denies liberty, equality & dignity. Islam values only fellow Muslims. Islam's 'common word' is submission: surrender to Islam. There are no common, shared values!

Reaffirming the need for all States to continue their national and international efforts to enhance dialogue and broaden understanding among civilizations, cultures, religions and beliefs, and emphasizing that States, regional organizations, non-governmental organizations, religious bodies and the media have an important role to play in promoting tolerance, respect for and freedom of religion and belief,

Welcoming all international and regional initiatives aimed at promoting cross-cultural and interfaith harmony, including the international dialogue on interfaith cooperation, and the World Conference on Dialogue, held in Madrid from 16 to 18 July 2008, and their valuable efforts towards the promotion of a culture of peace and dialogue at all levels

King Abdullah's Madrid conference was not about dialogue, like all Muslim deceptions, it was about monologue: Embrace Islam and you will be safe. I revealed details in several blog posts, listed below. At that conference, the King demanded the same legislation demanded by this resolution.

Expressions of concern:

Expresses deep concern at the negative stereotyping of religions and manifestations of intolerance and discrimination in matters of religion or belief still evident in the world;

They are only concerned about revelation of the truth about Islam. Islam's canon of scripture exudes intolerance & negative stereotyping. The UN does not give a damn about that.

3. Strongly deplores all acts of psychological and physical violence and assaults, and incitement thereto, against persons on the basis of their religion or belief, and such acts directed against their businesses, properties, cultural centres and places of worship, as well as targeting of holy sites and religious symbols of all religions;

Then why don't they condemn the Qur'an, which sanctifies & mandates genocidal conquest & casting terror?

4. Expresses deep concern at the programmes and agendas pursued by extremist organizations and groups aimed at creating and perpetuating stereotypes about certain religions, in particular when condoned by Governments;

Make no mistake; they are bitching about a few European (and one American) political parties with anti-Jihad platforms. They are bitching about UAC, Act for America, CVF and similar organizations which seek to warn us about the existential threat posed by Islam's genocidal agenda of conquest.

5. Notes with deep concern the intensification of the overall campaign of defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, including the ethnic and religious profiling of Muslim minorities in the aftermath of the tragic events of 11 September 2001;

But they don't give a damn about Allah's intolerance, denigration of Jews & Christians or declaration of perpetual war. Those matters concern them not at all because the UN shares that agenda.

6. Recognizes that, in the context of the fight against terrorism, defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, become aggravating factors that contribute to the denial of fundamental rights and freedoms of members of target groups, as well as their economic and social exclusion;

There is no end to the hypocrisy practiced by Islam and its pawn, the UN.

7. Expresses deep concern in this respect that Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism;

This G'd lie comes from the lips of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in a 2005 report and is frequently repeated.

  • Is there a right to live unmolested?
    • And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world ]. ...[8:39]
    • Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. [9:29\

    • When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman's previous marriage is immediately annulled. [Reliance O9.13]

    • When an adult male is taken captive, the caliph (def: o25) considers the interests (O: of Islam and the Muslims) and decides between the prisoner's death, slavery, release without paying anything, or ransoming himself in exchange for money or for a Muslim captive held by the enemy. [Reliance O9.14]

• Islam is wrongly associated with terrorism.
  • We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve [3:151]
  • I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes." [8:12]
  • Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives. [33:26]
  • But Allah's (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, [59:2.]
  • Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Bani An-Nadir) breasts than Allah. [59:13.]
  • Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey.[Bukhari 1.7.331]
  • "I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy) [Bukhari 4.52.220]

Islam and its Dhimmis at the UN have no respect for truth. They lie; they conceal material facts, and they seek to prevent us from exposing their lies.

Demands Action:

8. Reiterates the commitment of all States to the implementation, in an integrated manner, of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, which was adopted without a vote by the General Assembly on 8 September 2006[12] and reaffirmed by the Assembly in its resolution 62/272 of 5 September 2008, and which clearly confirms, inter alia, that terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization or ethnic group, stressing the need to reinforce the international community’s commitment to promote a culture of peace, justice and human development, ethnic, national and religious tolerance, and respect for all religions, religious values, beliefs or cultures and prevent the defamation of religions;

• terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion

Why the Hell not? Who associated Islam with terrorism? What did Allah say about it? What did Moe say about it? How was Moe made victorious?

• promote a culture
  • of peace
  • justice and human development
  • religious tolerance
  • respect for all religions, religious values, beliefs or cultures

Hypocrisy is like a dead carp on the riverbank under a full moon: it stinks and it shines. Am I the only one who can smell it? Am I the only one who can see it ? The stated objectives can only be achieved by eliminating Islam from the earth because Islam is inimical to all of them.

9. Deplores the use of the print, audio-visual and electronic media, including the Internet, and any other means to incite acts of violence, xenophobia or related intolerance and discrimination against any religion, as well as targeting of religious symbols;

Every time Muslims gather in the Mosque to pray, they recite Surah Al-Fatihah including:.

• 1:6. Guide us to the Straight Way

  1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).

• But, help us to avoid the path of those whom Allah is angry with, whose intentions are corrupt, who know the truth, yet deviate from it. Also, help us avoid the path of those who were led astray, who lost the true knowledge and, as a result, are wandering in misguidance, unable to find the correct path. Allah asserted that the two paths He described here are both misguided when He repeated the negation `not'. These two paths are the paths of the Christians and Jews, a fact that the believer should beware of so that he avoids them. The path of the believers is knowledge of the truth and abiding by it. In comparison, the Jews abandoned practicing the religion, while the Christians lost the true knowledge. This is why `anger' descended upon the Jews, while being described as `led astray' is more appropriate of the Christians. Those who know, but avoid implementing the truth, deserve the anger, unlike those who are ignorant. The Christians want to seek the true knowledge, but are unable to find it because they did not seek it from its proper resources.

  This is why they were led astray. We should also mention that both the Christians and the Jews have earned the anger and are led astray, but the anger is one of the attributes more particular of the Jews. Allah said about the Jews, (Those (Jews) who incurred the curse of Allah and His wrath) (5:60).

  The attribute that the Christians deserve most is that of being led astray, just as Allah said about them, (Who went astray before and who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the right path) (5:77). [The Faithful ask for and abide by Guidance]

10. Emphasizes that, as stipulated in international human rights law, everyone has the right to hold opinions without interference, and has the right to freedom of expression, the exercise of which carries with it special duties and responsibilities and may therefore be subject to limitations as are provided for by law and are necessary for respect of the rights or reputations of others, protection of national security or of public order, public health or morals;

Who ordained the right not to be found out & exposed and where is it codified? We reveal that which is contained in Islam's canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence.

• Moe was a pederast who married the six year old daughter of his best friend, consummating the marriage three years later.
• Moe was guilty of genocide. He had prisoners of war and their adolescent sons decapitated.
• Moe was guilty of rape. After murdering the chieftain of a local Jewish settlement, he added his widow to his harem.

But we must not speak or write of such matters; it impugnes Moe's reputation as the greatest and best of men and offends Muslims.

Islam's intent; its Hellbent dedication to conquering & subjugating the entire world is a matter of national security. If we can not discuss Islam, its doctrines and practices, we can not defend ourselves effectively. That is the whole idea; to disarm us and leave us defenseless before Islam's casting of terror.

11. Reaffirms that general recommendation XV (42) of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination,[13] in which the Committee stipulated that the prohibition of the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred is compatible with freedom of opinion and expression, is equally applicable to the question of incitement to religious hatred;

They conflate objecting to being terrorized, conquered, enslaved & raped with racism. They poison our language with deception. The Qur'an is incitement to war as well as hatred, yet there is no mention of it in the resolutions seeking to outlaw criticism of Islam. Their hypocrisy stinks and shines like a dead carp under a full moon.

12. Welcomes the work undertaken by the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression in accordance with their mandates defined by the Human Rights Council in its resolutions 7/34 and 7/36 of 28 March 2008;[14]

The referenced resolution contains the same snake feces as and is a model for the present resolution. Details are contained in one of the blog posts in the list below.

13. Strongly condemns all manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities and migrants and the stereotypes often applied to them, including on the basis of religion or belief, and urges all States to apply and, where applicable, reinforce existing laws when such xenophobic or intolerant acts, manifestations or expressions occur, in order to eradicate impunity for those who commit xenophobic and racist acts;

Like they condemn the oppression of Copts in Egypt and the genocide in Darfur; like they punish the guilty in those cases? Yeah, right.

14. Reaffirms the obligation of all States to enact the necessary legislation to prohibit the advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, and encourages States, in their follow-up to the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance,⁷ to include aspects relating to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities in their national plans of action and, in this context, to take forms of multiple discrimination against minorities fully into account;

• obligation of all States to enact the necessary legislation to prohibit the advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence

What document contains religious hatred & imperative incitement to violence equal to that in the Qur'an, as previously cited above? Allah command perpetual war against Jews & Christians in 9:29 and curses them in 9:30. Allah commands warfare against Kuffar, local first, then those at a greater distance in 9:123. Moe declared that he was ordered to fight the people until they embrace Islam. He declared open season on us. Who gives a damn? Certainly not the UN. If they gave a damn, they'd be resolving to eliminate Moe's Murder Cult from the face of the earth. Instead, they seek to disarm us so that we can not defend against it.

The preaching & propagation of Islam: Allah's demonic mandate to conquer and subjugate the entire world through genocide & casting terror is what should be prohibited by law. Instead, they demand that it be shielded from exposure.

15. Invites all States to put into practice the provisions of the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief;³

16. Urges all States to provide, within their respective legal and constitutional systems, adequate protection against acts of hatred, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, to take all possible measures to promote tolerance and respect for all religions and beliefs and the understanding of their value systems and to complement legal systems with intellectual and moral strategies to combat religious hatred and intolerance;

There is only one intellectual & moral strategy to combat religious hatred, intolerance & violence: exposing Muslims to the awful truth about Allah & his Messenger; their demonic commands & conduct; so that in shame and embarrassment the Muslims will apostatize, curse Islam and convert to a more beneficent religion.

17. Also urges all States to ensure that all public officials, including members of law enforcement bodies, the military, civil servants and educators, in the course of their official duties, respect people regardless of their different religions and beliefs and do not discriminate against persons on the grounds of their religion or belief, and that any necessary and appropriate education or training is provided;

18. Underscores the need to combat defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, by strategizing and harmonizing actions at the local, national, regional and international levels through education and awareness-raising, and urges all States to ensure equal access to education for all, in law and in practice, including access to free primary education for all children, both girls and boys, and access for adults to lifelong learning and education based on respect for human rights, diversity and tolerance, without discrimination of any kind, and to refrain from any legal or other measures leading to racial segregation in access to schooling;

They exchange indoctrination for education; outlawing genuine education, which would expose students to Islam's damnable doctrines which are enshrined in the Qur'an, exemplified in Moe's Sunnah & codified in Shariah.

19. Calls upon all States to exert the utmost efforts, in accordance with their national legislation and in conformity with international human rights and humanitarian law, to ensure that religious places, sites, shrines and symbols are fully respected and protected, and to take additional measures in cases where they are vulnerable to desecration or destruction;

Reliance O11.10.5 stipulates that a Dhimmi's treaty of protection is abrogated, and he may be killed if he:

mentions something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or Islam.

This resolution seeks to impose Islam's blasphemy law upon us, criminalizing any and all criticism of Islam.

20. Calls upon the international community to foster a global Dialogue to promote a culture of tolerance and peace at all levels, based on respect for human rights and diversity of religion and belief, and urges States, non-governmental organizations, religious leaders and bodies and the print and electronic media to support and foster such a Dialogue;

Only monologue is possible with Islam; it takes, it does not give. Moe said "Embrace Islam and you will be safe." Moe said "Peace be upon him who follows the guidance." If you do not embrace Islam; if you do not follow the Qur'an you will be attacked by Muslims! Their 'common word' is a demand for surrender and submission, not an offer of Dialogue. There is no common ground beyond monotheism.

Moe sent an extortion letter to the Jews at the Khaibar Oasis. He subsequently invaded them. Those who have intelligence and are willing to read can learn from history. The rest are doomed to repeat it.

21. Affirms that the Human Rights Council shall promote universal respect for all religious and cultural values and address instances of intolerance, discrimination and incitement of hatred against members of any community or adherents of any religion, as well as the means to consolidate international efforts in order to combat impunity for such deplorable acts;

Jihad, holy fighting in Allah's cause, is a religious value; the highest value in Islam.

The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) stated in one hadith, “The head of its matter is Islam and its pillar is the Salah and its highest peak is the Jihad.”

Genocide is a religious value, essential to earning admission to Paradise.

8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Allah knew that Moe was after booty & ransom and plainly stated that fact "You desire the good of this world". But Allah desired to get Moe into Paradise, "Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter" and set making a great slaughter as a prerequisite: "until he had made a great slaughter".

Religious values must be respected. The HRC shall promote universal respect for all religious values.
